    I did this about a month ago on my kamado Joe. My butcher told me not to bother taking the silver skin off, so I didn’t. I have to say it’s the best pulled beef I have ever had. Keep up the great work mate. Fantastic. Make sure you get all the bone marrow out. Liquid gold

      @@jimalafogianis9513 I reckon it would be fine leaving the silver skin on hey. I do it with beef ribs and is fine.

    Shin is my favourite beef cut . Just cook it slow and love the flavour

    I’m about 4 hours in on a beef shin in my Weber at the moment. Easily my favourite cut for pulled beef!

    Very overpriced cut, paying for mainly bone. It is nice meat though I will admit
