this was a great series. Kind of wish you'd do one more race replacing Max just to keep it fair between him and Hamilton as you did replace Lewis in the very first race but never Max, but what a great series to binge :) so many twists and turns

Oh I've had crazier championship battles in f1 22 and here is what happened:
USA: Down by 9 points after a last to first but my Ferrari engine decided to fuck off.
Mexico: Got pole but my Ferrari engine decided to fuck off.
Brazil: I was then down by 44 points and got pole, won the sprint, and won the race.
Abu Dhabi: Down by 23 points, but boat mercs crashed for a lap 1 safety car. Lap 9 Verstappen (one of my championship rivals and also in the lead of the championship)
Crashed into the back of me so I had diffuser damage but he was out (I wasn't going slow or brake checking). Lap 23 Leclerc (my other championship rival 7 points down in 2nd) hit the back of Tsunoda and then I just had to win otherwise I would not have the title. I then won the Drivers Championship in a Ferrari
and sealed the Constructors Championship for Ferrari
