Truly, one of my pet peeves is when people walk in the mall or in the street in a single file side-by-side taking up pretty much the whole walkway. Sometimes, I'd plow through the middle of them just to break them up for the other people walking.
I love this, please make more videos of this format 🙂 Your point about radio stations is one main reason why I prefer listening to a random playlist on Spotify. I don't hate ads, but ads here in PH, even on free TV, is too much! Like the song (and TV show) is gets shorter airtime than the ads combined. The malls! I hate those groups of people where they occupy the whole aisle and expect other people to give way for them. When I am not in a hurry, I really stop in front of them to break the line, and hopefully to annoy them. Looking forward to more videos in 2023, and happy new year!

It's SPOT-ON! The struggle is real. The airport cabs are a total scam, the public transportation is not efficient and the traffic atrocious. 13:37 I get instantly got stab when I got out of the airport?! I'm dead! 🤣🤣🤣👍
We really appreciate your honest opinion and it's always interesting to know your thoughts and realizations after living here for months already, Geez time really flew so fast haha. How can this be an eye opener for us. Are we the one who let those kids roam around the streets. We are are aware with all of that actually, but as an ordinary citizen we can't do that much about that unless we are part of implementing bodies.
🇵🇭❤️ It is good to know that you're realizing that there are many plus factors if you stay in the PH. All you need now is to look for a condo with a reasonable price (maybe around P5M - P8M), not necessarily brand new and just near the big cities. I think there are still a lot of those available. You can have this condo rented while you're away and the rent income will pay for the installments, but I think you really have to pay for the down payment as this is really the norm here. The bigger the down payment, the smaller the interest rates on the balance. I think there's a scheme for a 10%DP, balance to be paid in one year with zero interest for brandnew 2BR, Ready-to-move-in. That's pretty good. You'll be avoiding those absurd in-house interest. Well, your decision...You have a lot of time to think.🤔
@@manbibar4299 if you follow more of their past vlogs, they made this video in their rent to own condo in Quezon City. They have 2 condos, 1 for each about $350 a month. They even showed their neighborhood view.

I am so happy you are enjoying the Philippines so much. My country may not be perfect but I love it! The thing about the line and the bread cracks me up lol. I hope you can visit Boracay and Coron Palawan, it's so beautiful there, I'm sure you will enjoy it. Stay safe guys!
Travel to Davao in Mindanao and Cebu. Also I would love to see you guys checking out the beaches in the Philippines. Also if you want to immerse yourself in the real Filipino culture, try eating in local eateries or carinderia.
Carinderia is a good suggestion but in Manila alone, it's quite difficult to find a carinderia that is really clean. Even I as someone who was born and raised in PH would prefer eating in a fastfood than gamble in the nearby cheap carinderia. I believe our boys can make their own judgment whether a particular carinderia is clean and safe enough to eat. But just saying it out there, there is a risk of getting unclean food in carinderias.
The not-so-usual culture shock list. Interesting take! I have also noticed a slight shift in your vlog topics and execution. Like being more serious, more informational but still having Trifate fun of course. Just wondering whether it was intentional.
True. Watch US news and all you'll see are all sorts crimes committed on people of all ages and race. For me, it's scarier to live there now than here. Plus they'll be going into, if not already in recession. At least PH still has good GDP growth.
I think some of your observations will change once the holiday season is done and you go outside of manila. Glad you're going to Cebu. They have a festival soon. Hope you enjoy.
I haven't watched your other videos well your recent videos to be exact. But have you tried dinuduan, kare kare, pinakbet, and other pinoy food other than adobo?
You should try and stop by here in leyte HAHAHHA there are a lot of cold springs and beaches here that u can enjoy. And caves that u can explore in samar. The bridge alsoooo, the san juanico bridge!!! You should try and visit here.

I was in The Philippines 🇵🇭 as a boy 👦. Recently, I was there last month. I am happy 😊 that you found some funny 😄 moments. Wishbus is a popular station. SB 19 is only scratching the surface on OPM. Morissette Amon is the queen 👸 She and other Filipino musicians are in the same radio stations as Western musicians from Adele to ZZ Top. I am in Singapore 🇸🇬 now. Yet, I like 👍 watching your videos. 👍
The Lrt 1 extension going to Cavite underconstruction has a station near the airport. I hope that will make a difference when it will be operational in 2023 or 2024.
Thanks guys. Yes, really, the Philippines has the most inefficient systems in the whole world. Everyone seems to take it easy, not for the lack of tips or low salary. It's just frustrating that everyone feels entitled. It just what happens when everybody tries to act like a VIP and not considerate, it is a cultural heritage from the colonial era. The bribing and pity-me culture is just engrained into some citizens blood, that they can't help themselves but just think that their time is more important than others. But it all starts from the leadership we are getting. The officials don't care about miniscule things, since they have their servants to do it for them. The public transpo system is out of whack since no one from the congress takes them. Take care guys. Since Duterte stepped down, the crime rate's going up. I believe, the bad habits can change. People just need to identify them and believe that they can change for the better. It's always good to have an outside perspective. Although sometimes I find you guys borderline offensive (I get the jokes and sarcasm), you still point out things that even for us born and raise don't find normal. Everyone's different and that constant chipmunk laugh doesn't exist in all radio stations. It's just part of their schtick
Wether you want or not Phil.is still considered as a third world country in many areas such as the provinces Only in Makati is well developed.I agree with the above comment.
Re the rise in the crime rate: well, *the crime rate is 'perceived' to have risen because people are out now after the country has been in lockdown or in a controlled environment with controlled movements for 2 and a half years since 2020.* And according to data released by the PNP, the crime rate for this month and the recent past months are actually lower than that of the past year (surprisingly, despite the said lockdowns then). Some may scoff at this data but someone has yet to show hard evidence from a credible source to discredit this report.
@@TDLTDL100 agree on this since most people are out after pandemic it may be possible that this has an effect on the increase. Also if you always watch the daily primetime news where there is always highlight on CRIME and DEATH you will feel that the CRIME IN THE PHILIPPINES IS INCREASING but ofcourse you should always be wary of yourself. People should know that crimes has been happening ever since even before you are born in this Planet. I am just hoping for more Police visibility and roaming so that crime can be solved and prevented that is the most important but as always you should take care of yourself and be aware of your surrounding.

@@xiaokhat You are right about finding good carinderia in Manila. But in Cebu and Davao is totally different story.
The not-so-usual culture shock list. Interesting take! I have also noticed a slight shift in your vlog topics and execution. Like being more serious, more informational but still having Trifate fun of course. Just wondering whether it was intentional.
Sinulog Festival in Cebu? Happy fiesta! February in Baguio is the Panagbenga Festival, check it out too. 😊💐
Thanks for your honesty but always remember Americans are not above in any nations..
True. Watch US news and all you'll see are all sorts crimes committed on people of all ages and race. For me, it's scarier to live there now than here. Plus they'll be going into, if not already in recession. At least PH still has good GDP growth.
You guys are my favourite vlog channel😢😢 Hopefully I can get to travel when I get older!
I think some of your observations will change once the holiday season is done and you go outside of manila. Glad you're going to Cebu. They have a festival soon. Hope you enjoy.
Epic! Sit-down vlog! ❤
Hahah yep!
I was also a coffee drinker there inspite of the heat! Well the traffic would get into my nerves too!
I agree with the bread... Here in hk most bread are good for 2 to 3 days
I enjoyed this video. Upon coming here to Australia, I saw how western culture is different from filipino culture but I miss it

Hey. What’s that blue looking gas tank you flashed ?
I haven't watched your other videos well your recent videos to be exact. But have you tried dinuduan, kare kare, pinakbet, and other pinoy food other than adobo?
You should try and stop by here in leyte HAHAHHA there are a lot of cold springs and beaches here that u can enjoy. And caves that u can explore in samar. The bridge alsoooo, the san juanico bridge!!! You should try and visit here.
LOLs you are so on point with your observations. I work overseas and everytime I come home to visit, I notice some of the things that you have mentioned, especially the street kids, the traffic, and that annoying chipmunk sound insert on the radio.😆
Glad you love it here 💜
maraming salamat po isaac and tyler.🌲🌲🌲😍🙏🙏happy new year.
I appreciate your honest reaction about our culture which is true.
Those were a legit observations!! Haha.. genuine indeed!!! Love this duo! Funny and interesting😊

Happy New Year bros! Enjoy the Philippines and life!
Careful on shops in lazada and shopee. Lazada mall or Shopee Mall is legit.
Waiting on your Medley Buffet Okada vlog!❤
Omg exactly!!!! I agree with everything!
I didn’t experience street kids as much until I moved to QC for a couple of years. I wonder if it’s a bigger issue for QC, Pasay, etc.
Those were some sort of economic differences, sorry for the challenges you just encountered including the phone thing, just have to taste a little bit of everything, thanks for the meaningful immersion you just did.
OMG!!! I just came across your channel and i’m addicted!!! hahaha love your videos and im jealous coz i miss the Philippines… hope you get that 100K subscribers soon!!! enjoy the Philippines!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to both of you!
That's the way to go. Making your vlogs short and sweet. Time to go to the provinces. You'll experience a different vibe.

Thanks for sharing
Thank you for your observations, you guys iare very real. Love it.❤️
Thanks guys.
