Gta 3 and Lcs infernus are sometimes locked, and Gta V the infernus won't always be at the Kortz Center, sometimes it will be there.

But in vicecity is is exteremely common , banshee and cheetah too

GTA IV has 2 rare cars, the Pinnacle and the Sultan RS that doesn't spawn anywhere and is only found in 1 location.
In GTA V story mode it's rather common specially if you are in Vinewood or Rockford Hills
