No one had any thing to say, they couldn't find anything. My cyst is gone, and my bloating has gotten way better. Unfortunately, I just think it's because I've started counting calories and controlling my portion size. Also, working out everyday as I was before! I cut out most of dairy, gluten, snacks, and I stopped eating breakfast (so I fast usually until noon everyday). I do think maybe genetically when I gain weight it just goes to my stomach and face. It's possible the dairy or gluten could have made me more bloated. But the biggest thing I've noticed is now that when I'm keep tracking of everything I eat, I eat less. My doctor told me to keep under 1200 calories while working out, and focus more on protein :)
We'll take the path that is truly helping you physically emotionally & mentally. I truly understand can relate to genetically when I gain weight personally that it goes to my face & my stomach unfortunately. But you cannot obsess over you not losing weight etc understand it's not healthy! Also, it wouldn't hurt to see a nutritionist because you could get a different perspective & you their professional insight on your body
Btw, how is the podcast coming along? Was it easy to start up was it difficult? Can you elaborate a lil bit more if you don't mind xx
I'm sorry I just saw this. It's going good, a lot of work but also a lot of fun :)
Hey girl I'm just curious do they tell you why you've been bloated or whatever the issues you're experiencing?
