Locking out 145 kilograms over your head, with one arm, is mind-boggling! I know a guy who strength trains regularly and he can barely do that in a max barbell deadlift.
@@EmilWestrum Yeah. I know that a 140 kilo barbell deadlift is certainly not anything special. I think pretty much any guy on the planet can do that after a little bit of strength training. Unless you're very light. I never did more than 190 kilos when I was working out (at 78 kilo bodyweight.) I also assume that pretty much no one is natural when it comes to elite strongman. I do want to point out that that is an assumption I make that I don't have any real proof of. If that is the case however, the comparisons always get a bit unfair. How unfair I don't know. What I mean with being natural is when you are eating food, working-out and resting and sleeping and that's pretty much it.
If the guy trains regularly he should be able to lift 145 kg with ease. So many people can pull that weight even with 0 gym background. So I would say that something is terribly wrong in that dude's training, even with bad eating habits and lack of sleep pretty much any male can lift that weight after few weeks of training. Most people lift it without even training.

I would say I'm definitely better off than five years ago but if I would pull even just, let's say 60 kilos, it wouln't be without bad symptoms.
