- Today in Super Sonic 64, we're trying to unlock Super Sonic! This is done by getting all 7 Chaos Emeralds, or 7 100 coin stars in Super Mario 64.

Cream was referencing how Gamebun made all these assets for Cream 64 originally. By the way Super Sonic has a special interaction with the Wing Cap.

@@sonicadventure3130 He's able to get infinite height by simply just flying up, unlike usually where there's a point that Mario (or in this case Sonic) swoops down.

You're mistaken, the only ghosts in SA1 are Tikal and the prisoners of Red Mountain.

Dude SA1 is my favorite Sonic game, I replay it constantly. There are no Boom Boos in SA1 and if you can't take my word on it go look at the wiki.

So apparently the eel is called an Utsubo, and it's from Sonic Lost World. I didn't know that either, I had to do some research on that

The regular Boos in SA2 are still called Boos. Then there's Boom Boos like the blue invisible cap wall picture, and King Boom Boo the boss.
It pains me how many things he says is from Sonic Heroes, that's actually from Sonic Adventure 2.

I had Sonic 3D Blast for the PC when I was a kid, it was a port of the Saturn version. It played the soundtrack if you put the disc in a CD player. Rusty Ruins was definitely my fave track from disc, I always played it on repeat.
I am with you on that Saturn version of 3D Blast OST. It's SO good! And that was an excellent stage to put it in.
It's as if Jam was a fully realized game.

not trying to be mean but for some reason, it hurts me inside when people miss these incredibly precise details that no one should care about.
This is such an amazing rom, such a great discovery... Ive not played nearly as many mario 64 rom hacks as Sonic, mainly cause Mario 64 is such a long game anyways, but Sonic classic games are so short it's easier to play through a few of them. Plus occasionally for whatever reason the N64 ones seem to give me some trouble but, that's generally how it is, the newer the console the more problems you'll encounter. But yeah this is something Id definitely play through, to at least get through the 70 stars and 3 Bowsers, super sonic, seems pretty awesome!

19:04 Oh my, didn't know that Angry Toad returns. He is referencing the events of Super Cream 64 "prequel" romhack and he was just as pissed off there about invading animals. Might be worth checking for you, it had the rest of the Sonic characters, some different choices of models, enemies, dialogues, mechanics, custom extras, etc. Including Amy, searching for Sonic entire game and failing to find him. Plus Cream herself plays a bit differently from both Mario and Sonic, being a flying rabbit and all
Also i would love to see a "Tortuse and the Hare"-like No Glitch race between this and normal Mario 64 btw i love that the Cap theme in this is the Beta Super Sonic theme for Sonic 3

I saw a green border around bathaniel, cought in 4K
man.. this is genuinely what I always dreamed a 3D sonic game would be when I was a kid. Should be...! I never needed Sonic to go as fast as the speed of sound when controlling him in a 3D space. It nulls any idea of platforming or enemy battles that he originated from.
now I know why the mod usses the cut super sonicmusic from sonic 3 & knuckles... IT FITS SO WELL OH MY GOD

You should play super cream 64 you would get all the extra lines referencing stuff and it's a pretty good reskin mod basically just the premod to this one

I have some improvements for this mod:
•Emblems (from sonic adventure 1&2) instead of the emerald pieces
•you lose rings when getting hit instead of energy
•TVs instead of boxes for Rings and caps like in the old sonic games
•All Level textures are designed like sonic levels, example:

I agree with some of your statements but changing big parts of the map would ruin the feel of the game. Its supposed to be sonic running around in a map built for Mario's platforming, Changing the textures would make it feel like if sonic made a Nintendo 64 game.
