That is the scale. 1/64 is smallest, 1/43 is slightly bigger, 1/32 is even bigger and so on. That scale just signifies how much smaller the model is in every dimension. 1/64 would mean that the car is 64 times smaller in each dimension compared to the real life variant. Hope this helps..
