I love this one, sound clean af, but all the tracks in this game are fire.. My favorite from each world are : Jungle falls, Walrus cove, Crescent Island(I hesitated with whale bay for its solo), Haunted Woods and finally, Darkmoon caverns :P
@@BriefDarkyou know what? I don’t think he did, think he knew very damn well what he was saying, but he just couldn’t pass up the chance to try to school somebody on game knowledge.
I really felt that Diddy Kong Racing was the spiritual successor to SuperMario Kart and Mario Kart 64 was the successor only by title but carved its own path.
Am I the only one who can't help but hear the DKR booster sound at 0:29? The music always lined up so that part played as you hit the first loop on Lap 1, at least as long as you weren't bumping into everything, getting turned around, or just messing around instead of actually doing the track.
Best song in the game!
Exactly
Yessir
This and jungle falls for sure
Whale Bay and windmill planes following close behind
Agreed
Absolutely!
Favourite track in the game... both the actual track and the music.
I'm happy they also went for this tune for the fake ending's credits =)
same =]

Also, it playing during the cutscene where you use the lighthouse as a rocket to fly to Future Fun Land.
Dare I say this song is the Rainbow Road of DKR
It was Diddy Kong's Mario Kart except it's developed by Rare. 6 years later he joins racing with Donkey Kong and many more Mario characters.
@@DMMBlogs94 You misunderstood their comment.

Imagin how long you need to play the game to get to this song as a kid. 100% rewarding.

Not a successor, it’s own thing.
@@EWOODJ of course it’s is own thing. The question is do you understand what the term spiritual successor mean?
I love the praise break vibe this track gives off at the start. Phenomenal composition.
This song and track were a match made in heaven.
This turned out to be surprisingly good music to have on in teh other room while taking a shower in the morning.
I love this track and song

The music you hear on the results screen of the school year before summer😂
One of several great David Wise house songs. Oh the nostalg
One of my favorite song’s in that game along with Greenwood Village/Windmill Plains (both share same song), Frosty Village, and Walrus Cove.
God of War gets 40 sequels and DKR never got one.
Injustice!!!

That Bakedevil007 can't catch a break, can he?
Have I mentioned that the name of this track reminds me of a boss character you meet in Mega Man World 5?
