I did try these today.........i think i might drop the oil down to 100g, i used canola oil they was a bit oilly for my liking, and i could taste the oil abit, but still a easy cookie recipe to play around with, Next time i will try 100g melted butter to see if this works.......Anyways thank you for an easy cookie recipe.
