In this two-lesson package, students will begin by exploring the concept of “personal branding,” and learn practical steps they can take to build a “positive personal brand” that will impress potential employers.
This lesson has been specifically targeted to students who may not have access to positive role models or mentors for advice about acceptable standards of personal presentation.
The lesson includes a video demonstrating a young person “failing” and then “nailing” an interview and a draft worksheet. It is expected that teachers will adjust this lesson plan and utilise the contents as deemed appropriate for their students’ needs.
