You have such a good eye for composition. I think you got that from your grand dad. All these images today look like paintings. I particularly like the first picture in the morning of that farmhouse those purple and pink colours are amazing 👏

Du hast wirklich sehr schöne Foto hergestellt. Ich muss sagen dass mir das erste am liebsten war!
Hallo Erich, vielen lieben Dank! Ja, das erste mag ich auch besonders. Es war recht schwierig mit dem Parken, mit dem Van konnte ich nicht überall stehen zu bleiben am Strassenrand. Gut dass es hier geklappt hat :)

Snakes are why I invested in a pair of snake boots! I have yet to test them! #fingerscrossed
Hi Robert, that's cool. I guess they are high up to the knees? I have some snake protectors, which I can mount on any hiking boots. But I just take them with me when I know that I will have to walk around in high grass on a hot summer day in the mountains :)

Hi Chris, ja absolut - es ist unglaublich was die Toskana alles zu bieten hat. Nicht nur Landschaft, auch die alten Städtchen, die Kultur, das gesamte Paket ist absolut bezaubernd. Dort Landschaften zu fotografieren ist dann das Sahnehäubchen :)

Amazing video Christian. The landscape in the early morning light is definitely heavenly. You got some magic shots. The town at end really bought back memories. I really loved Tuscany’s countryside. So much fun on a scooter. Thank you so much for sharing the video (and for getting up early) 👍🙏
Hi Adrian, as you mentioned the scooter last week already, I had to think about that some times: this seems to be a quite good idea :) The parking possibilities straight beside the road are difficult with a bigger van. With a Vespa (I guess it was a Vespa :)) you can park wherever you want, actually.
Oh yes, the area is absolutely breathtaking. Not only the landscapes, also the old towns and the way how they were built on rocks or hills.

Wonderful photos, Christian,especially the one at 9:00. Italy is on my travel bucket lists, and one of my favorite wines is a Toscano. One of these days...
Funny about snakes: in my last video from my recent Arizona trip, you can hear a rattlesnake about 3 minutes in. It was on the other side of the trail, so no worries. But there were burrows everywhere; rodents in some, snakes likely in others. I definitely watched my step!
Hi John, thank you so much, my friend! You should go there, it is just amazing. Not only the landscapes, by the way - the entire package: the old, enchanting towns with little restaurants, which have often not more than six or eight tables, the culture, the people, and the landscapes - just wow :)
A rattlesnake? Oh man - great that you stayed safe. I think the biggest problem is that we are also hiking to places around dusk/dawn and a lot of snakes are active during that daytime. Yes, always be careful where you step!

Hi Mike, thank you so much for your constructive feedback! As I don't like how most cinema movies are produced, with too loud music and too quiet speech, I always consider pleasing audio levels on my videos, to be honest. Of course, on different audio output devices there will also appear that behavior different. But I will pay even more attention on my next videos.
By the way, I needed an more epic music for the Gladiator's Alley. I think it fitted, as I felt exactly that when I was there. The thing is: I'm currently engaging a lot with audio and music to get my videos on the next level. I try even to express my emotions with the right choice of music and I really put a lot of effort in there. This is why I'm ansolutely grateful about each feedback I can get here. So, thank you therefore :)

Really loving this countryside... no idea of the area coming from Australia. Can I ask what town you are at to try and get my bearings? Absolutely stunning images.
Hi my friend, the first spot was in San Quirico and the town in the end of the video was Pitigliano. Yes, the area is absolutely amazing. Fantastic landscapes wherever you look, but also the old towns are totally incredible. Some of them are even more than a thousand years old, like it was for Pitigliano. There was a lot of history written. I also love the culture there and the culinary side of Tuscany is just world class :)
