Great video, take care of your equipment and it will take care of you, we'll done. Plus it just looks better all cleaned up. I agree with your description and regular oil for squeaking and a fan for heat control. Thanks for sharing and helping us all!
Hey City Rockhounding nice to hear from again. Thanks for kind comment. I checked out and subscribed to your channel. Looks interesting so far. Hopefully we'll watch each others channel grow for a long time.
@@virginiarockhead237 I really appreciate that, I'm still learning a lot including video editing. Super nervous on camera. That would be super cool, thank you!
Got a question for you. I had to replace the lid gasket on my model b The old one was kind of stuck on when I removed it. The new one leaks. Am I supposed to put adhesive on the new gasket? If so, how much?
Ensure that the gasket and all contact points with the gasket are completely clean and free of rock dust buildup. If you still have leaks, check for dents in the metal.
Thanks man I think I must have tightened it down too much. Loosened it up and added a little bit of vaseline on the seals So hopefully It'll stop leaking now

My model B is same as yours
Bran new but squeaks and squeals horribly. What coul it be? Oiled shafts, bushings, and motor ?
What do you think of the Rebel 17 vs the model B?
I hate to admit, because it's made in China but the rebel 17 is better. It's Quieter and requires less maintenance. And I'd bet it will last longer

No adhesive is necessary.
Thanks man

I have this tumbler but the drive isnt lined up perfectly with the wheel- how do i fix this?
Use an allen wrench to loosen the drive shaft, realign then tighten back up
Fan, where did you get it and is it wired to motor?
I would also like to know where you get a fan like that one . How did you attach it?
