Custom Ear Plugs - Hearing Protection Review

I purchased some custom molded ear plugs for myself and my son at the Barber Vintage Festival. Here is that story!
I know many people may not like the custom molded plugs, and to be honest, they looked like creep wads of bubblegum. But, now that I'm using them, I love them. Finally, painless hearing protection.

Joe, it just came to my attention there is a 2018 Ural available in Ocala FL. Don't know if you are interested, if you are let me know and I'll figure out how to tell you how to find it. It's one of those deals where I'm tempted, doubt it will last long.

Are they a solid material or somewhat flexible/foamy?

I may have missed it, but do they publish a NRR rating on those? My current go to at the 3M 32dB NRR foam plugs. These sound great though.

I was told 30dB. I believe it too. My 28dB rated foam ear plugs properly installed are not as quiet as these are. My son says his non-custom 32dB ear plugs are slightly quieter than his new custom ear plugs. So, yeah, 30dB is probably about right.

Those are nice. and I'll lose them fast. If you don't have these wonderful ear plugs, get thee to a drug store and buy a bottle of the best ones they have. Better than nothing (says the 61 year old who not only ride bikes but does sound and can still hear perfectly well).
