And with optimum results. Bcos ur method r so easy to follow, even for a rookie like me, I am gonna recommend u to all my friends. Roma Ferns, you can use chorizos which are available in deli section of most supermarkets abroad, you can do it without, but adding chorizos or sausages enhances the flavour
Do you mean after cooking, then I already know this method, but the method is not applicable to this recipe as I have added sausages and whole spices which need to be blended 🙂

Theres no need to blend the meat after its cooked.Just season the meat make them into the shapes, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs ,and fry.
