Loving the Rangeru build. That's what a lot of custom builders do. Cut, fit, cut, cut, fit etc.
Thanks! I'm having a good time doing it
With a cut-off grinder and a welder, you, Mike, can make almost anything!
Mike's autobody shop, professional results, better than all the rest.
Praying for the teacher ... bless her .
Best decision ever made are “because I want to” or “because I can”. This is going to be a great build. Wanted to see watch it here since I seen your TikTok
Hey welcome to the channel!
You know it is gonna be a great build when Mike says 'let's make some bad decisions'. I am stoked for this series. Thank you Captain.
Thanks for tagging along
True fireman using a halligan bar.i love it I'm a firefighter also
This is for sure a different style video for the Captain Kleeman Show.
A RangAru…now I get it! 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing Cap!
Who knows, might start some kind of trend so doing to other similar projects other people may have laying about and its a way to work off frustration as well! This is ground breaking for you Mike! I am just loving where this is going
Omg.. thoose "outsidetheboxthinkin" projects are superfun to watch
Thanks!
Halligan tool for the win!
It is awesome watching the mad creator at work.
Lol thanks
"I like to set my sockets way up high. That way when I drop them it's more catastrophic " I was rolling on the floor with that one.you may have lost your mind on this build but you have my full attention! Awesome video!
Just passing through the neighborhood once again couldn't help but notice an addition to the backwoods project I see it's coming along really nice keep up the good work I love it
The Subanger is coming together! Those front fenders might make some good bedsides!
Mike your sense of humor is awesome!
I bet it comes in real handy around the firehouse when telling stories and b@ll bustin.
Lol, it shouldn't be too bad
Best cut and shut, ever. 😊Thanks for sharing!
Hey thanks for watching!
Love this channel, no arrogance, no BS, no ego just good fun with interesting projects every time. A decent amount of humble, self deprecating top quality humour and a mass of knowledge from a very decent, VERY hard working down to earth man. Why you don’t have a minimum of one million subscribers is beyond me. One of my four tied top UA-cam channels for sure. Thank you and best wishes Mike, from Britain 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
Thank you for the kind words
I agree with you. However I’ll have to see people grow and learning from their mistakes. I’ve seen that with Dirt perfect. I have called him out not to be mean about some stuff and have seen him change. I’m also seeing him handle situation where he threw Clint under the bus not intentionally and it turned out really good. So check out CNC equipment if you Haven’t. Clint and his wife do a great job with the kids as well.
Well, this is certainly different. I can’t wait to see the end product.
💪
Enjoy your videos Captain
Got me hanging! Got to see that vehicle completed! 😎👌👌
Thanks rich
Why not?? Cuz I do what I want!! Great philosophy!!
💪
How can you just leave us hanging like that? Love this channel and all you builds. Good clean and family friendly. Thank you.
Hey appreciate ya watching Brian
The world’s first Outback Ranger.
This is hilarious and fun. No wrong answers on this build. Low budget / no budget build..
💪
Wow, what finesse what flawless technique what Grace and coordination. It was like watching The nutcracker suite or the Black swan. 🤪
Clever camera angles! 👍
Thanks jerry
Thanks for the video, always enjoy watching!
Thanks mike
Excellent idea putting socket set up high.LOL
Lol
Nice Hooligan tool
This is an impossible frankencar situation….but I love it. I feel if nothing else you get to have fun taking something apart and find a scrap here and there. Let’s keep this going until it works or you cry uncle. Great use of the safety belt
Lol I like this philosophy
LMAO. Bringing back memories . My brother and I used to get old cars and make ( GO KARTS ) out of them and race them around the woods. We had all kinds of fireroads through the forest where we lived. The lighter the better, does it need that part to run??NO ok its gone LOL
Good afternoon Mike. Your car project is coming along pretty good. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching Jim
At the 7:00 mark……….”more catastrophic”. Hahahaaaaaaaaaa! That was funny!!!
You are the most entertaining!!!!
Lol thanks
The question is NOT Why.......the real question is WHY NOT 😉💪
💪
HALIGAN TOOL FOR THE WIN

Hello from the Netherlands .

Sincerely, Hollandduck
the fordaru outback ranger looks good, a little bondo and paint you would never know
Maybe a lot of bondo 😂
This episode of shade tree mechanic has been brought to you by Halligan Pry Tools. The tool you need when the inner firefighter in you meets the necessity of working on a motor vehicle.
It's a handy tool
nothing like tearing apart a FORD 👍😂😂😂👍
😂
You are SO funny! A boy and his toys (power tools)!!
Thanks Linda
I'm enjoying the Rangaru project, also impressed with the fit
Thank you Dan
Is that like a kangaroo from Indiana?
Great video an I learn from your video's..

Another great video.
Thank you
The birth of the Fubra-Sord
Quite a vroom vroom
When you were ripping apart the subaru, I was like 'he's a madman.' now I'm like 'he's a creative genius.' I have no idea where the inspiration for this came from, but it's something the world needs some more of. Keep up the good work!
Mike your buggy is lookin Good..Great Video
Thanks Thomas
Haha, that's just awesome. Subaranger!
💪
A lil bit a bondo, splash a paint n a few decals from a sponsor n you gotta winner my friend. Cheers from da ROCK!
What a way to start an early Sunday 🌄, watching Capt dismantle something👍👍👍👍👍😺🤗🐺
Cool stuff 😎 👌
Thanks Stanley
Kleeman's 'Chop Shop'. Now Mike that is my kind of project, 2 old vehicles = 1 unique usable run-a-round. It can be really amazing what some Chop and Weld (cut and past) results you can come up with. Looking forward to your make-over and knowing you it will turn into what you wanted. Did one once and ended up with the wipers on the inside not outside oops, never had a misting up issue. There is never a right way to do something but also there is not a wrong way, so the Kleeman way is as good as any. Keep up the project and look forward following it through with you. As always stay safe and best wished to the family and the pooch.
😂😂😂. That's awesome.
Hello, my name is Captain Frankenkleeman.....I build "stuff", just because. 🤣🤣🛠🛠🤣🤣 Go Mike, Go.
Great
Yay! Lets make Bad Decisions Together! (My Band Name)
Is that really your band name! That's a great band name
@@CaptainKleeman it WOULD be if I had any musical talent ;-)
Great haligan bar practice. Maybe you can get training credits.
This is an awesome project. Love the seat belt usage. Can't wait to see this 90%complete.
Its going to be an awesome Parade vehicle.🤣
That rock is a keeper
Definitely!
OMG MIKE!! Where are your gloves!! The safety squad is going to be knocking at your door any second.
Must of missed it at the morning safety brief
@@CaptainKleeman watch out for the little foreman. 😭Lol
Interesting to see how cars are built or should I say torn apart.
Please tell me you're going to call it the Fubaru... she's a beaut Capt for sure. Can't wait to see the progress on this build. Any possibility of a small lift and some mud tires? Keep up the great work my man 😁 👍
Hi Mike. I had thought this build might be a push me - pull you. It seems that you will have a higher ceiling. I do not care to be a should have could have viewer but instead, what do you think viewer instead. I was sure that this project would be entertaining when you got to it. I was not disappointed.
Have good days!
Looks like I need to add a Halligan tool to my tool bag.
They are handy!
SALUDOS KLEEMAN, I HAVE NO IDEA ON WHAT YOU ARE DOINING. BUT I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.
i really enjoy when you look at a part and think for a second where you can use it and if nothing comes to mind you just toss it out, great video as always, thanks for sharing 👍👍👌
Thanks Richard
Lol knew it was going to be interesting. You always come up with great ideas Capt and you know.. interesting ideas! Lol Great video Capt
Thanks!
Hope you kept the rock and cracked it open. Never know if you may find something in the rock. I am enjoying the process of this and seeing how it will come together.
Your vehicle extrication training is paying off now.
Lol
Interesting build 🤔. . I too like to just do what I want . 👍
It's a lifestyle more people should try out
Looking like it's going to be a cool trail contraption. Elon might need a few for Mars trip.
Captain, please get a fire extinguisher by you cutting an grinding with fuel in tank.
Should be road legal when it's all done. Thanks for watching
That rock maybe what's referred to as an Easter egg crack it open if I'm right it should be a geode. As always good luck and God Bless
I'll have to check it out!
IF! You can dream it, build it 😳. You come up with some of the wall ideas. But that is how we are. 👏🏻👏🏻
Trim sone the rear wall the cab so you got access to the fuel pump & just fold it back for a part the bed & you can connect some the old flooring for the bed ! ""just a suggestion""
theirs alot of one word being said in this vid. squirrel. lol. going to be great seeing it all fitted and moveing for sure. fun job captain. cheers.
Thanks Nelson
Come on Mike, you know you want to keep that blower motor you could put that thing on a battery and a small solar panel at the goat chicken barn for a little airflow🤔
Ranger-Roo!!!!!
Lol
You have your own version of junk yard wars.lol
Cap’n the Rangaru, she’s gonna be a purdy girl!!!
History tells us… Smart move to not keep the mirrors.
TV ads tell us… that Subaru will be around when your daughters go off to college.
Experience tell us… the Cap’n may have to navigate choppy waters and rocky shoals… but, the ride is gonna be fun….
Hang on tight!
😂😂 I hope UA-cam is running subaru ads during this
back with THE RANGEAROO !! 👍😁
💪
A marriage made in your back yard !!! A bit more slicing and dicing and you will have it Mike !!! 😃
Must be handy having a hooligan tool to use, we have them on our pumps. If they go missing we need to inform the police immediately 😳
Definitely a handy tool
I love it
Thanks tom
Not a Ford Mechanic, but I have replaced a dash in a Monster Truck Ford Ranger I owned. Replaced standard dash with XLT dash/Bucket seats and put in CD player.. I knew you had missed bolts but didn't know which ones you forgot =) All junkyard parts too and they looked new
Hey that's cool though
You never fail to entertain Mike!!! lol.. Totally crazy concept and just "eyeball, cut and hit" till it fits lol. Thanks as always for sharing and cant wait to see how this turns out. This has to be right up there with some of your more "adventurous" stuff !!!
Thank you sir
Frankenstein is coming along.
💪
OK. I'm sticking around to see how you finish this project. Save the Ranger emblem and use it to badge your new ride as "Stranger". LOL
K12 would of helped... Nice use of the Halligan!!!
Would have been more fun too!
Nice
Thanks Jim
sure is a fun and interesting project, can't wait to see the finished project.😁
Thanks Claude
Great job so far, and good insight into merging the 2 vehicles into 1.
Thanks Jack
when you put the ranger cab piece on top of it immediately looked like a larger suzuki samari/sidekick(google it for reference if ya have to) from the angle that still has the back quarter panel
Started watching this and was like. Man it be nice to have some rescue tools to make short work of this. But then I saw you break out the Halligan bar….Yeah buddy!!! What you can do with one of those….Another great video after a long busy night shift!
Jaws of life. It would make an interesting video and training.
