- Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Sevananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how our true soul-nature can be expressed regardless of the inevitable tests and trials of life.
By drawing on the power of meditation and then facing our challenges, we can recognize and utilize the strength that is within us. By doing this, Brother Sevananda explains, we feel in our hearts - and then share with our loved ones and the world - peace, love, support, humor, and divine joy.
