How to start a Cessna 310~External Camera Test

I've been asked several times to show the starting procedures on our Cessna 310 and here is how I do it. Additionally I wanted to test out an external camera mount I installed on the tail tie down hook. Unfortunately it's not stable enough to use. I'll keep working on some external mounts to provide different angles in flight.
