@@DiannaShamley He dont speak the truth. He speaks an one eyed opinion. I'll sure that appeals to saffas lol. What i cant stand is the way he sucks up SA in his commentary. Creep.
Our game used to be innovation, fitness and violence. We now kick the ball away, have nothing innovative and have technically worse players at many positions. We also have no intimidation factor with or without the ball. A great shame. Never thought I'd write that about the ABs.
Remember when other teams used to fear the Jerome Kainos and Jerry Colins we had? A couple of the new guys look promising but man I miss a bit of mongrel in the team.
We missed 2 straight in front kicks. Thats the ball game. The RWC final was the same, we missed 2 standard kicks and lose by a point. They kick their points. We were and are better than them. We just need to kick our bloody penalties and conversions. We need Buck Shelford to stand behind the kicker to shout at him "Get your bloody act together kicker or i'll kick your fn butt"
You kiwis need to understand...the world has caught up, defences are hard to crack nowadays, Teams dont just stand still and let you run through them. 2015 Scored tries that they wouldnt easily score in todays game. Yeah/na .. honestly we are tired as SA fans hearing about this supposed decline of the ABs. They were in position to win both those games and we all have more grey hairs because of it. You’re two to three forwards with grunt away from being back on top and we’re two to three retirements away from losing our aura. PSDT/Eben/Kolisi for instance. As a South African, I'm not one of those who are tired of this season. Enjoying some sun the Springboks bring, come rain or shine! Will enjoy it, however long it lasts! Go Bokke! 🎉🎉🎉
Saffa here, they are clearly a weak NZ team. Lost to Arg at home, scraped 2 wins against Eng. Previous ABs would won those games convincingly. They are still a formidable rugby team, but very sub par for an all blacks team.
True most of your best forwards are into their thirties now and some backs are too. It will be difficult for Rassie to navigate ending the careers of men he has known for a while now and there are several generational players who will be 35 36 at the next world cup. That's a difficult one to sort out.
@@Hatunrumioc yeah ask NZ what happens when great players retire. There will inevitably be a drop off. If Rassie can get it done and keep the springboks right up there he will go down as the greatest coach in the history of the game. Love him or hate him

@molefemokhine9557 I agree with your reaction. That attitude is the problem that caused many to have fallen. The attitude of "we were and are better than them." Be default, nobody is better than anybody on any day. When you go on the field you enter a competitive area, and the better team will be reflected by the score.
Oh my days😂. You better than the Boks? After they beat you 4 times in a row and also gave you 2 records defeat these last 2 years. And you thino you are better?😂🤣. Imagine if Springboks kicked all their conversions...Imagine if the springboks had a hooker in the RWC final and their full strength team...you see all if, buts and maybes but this is why Springboks are better...because they take their opportunities and just know how to win.
Well said Mr Marshall, that is exactly how we see the ABs. We have a golden generation at the moment as you had. But we know, the ABs are always the ABs. It's always the game to watch and a make a plan for.
As a neutral fan who loves the way the All Blacks play, I understand the team is going through a transitional phase. However, there are some glaring issues that haven’t been properly addressed since 2019. The main concern for me is player selection. The All Blacks seem to prioritize playmakers across the field, but what good are playmakers without first securing possession? The team struggles with crucial fundamentals like catching high balls from kickoffs, handling kicks from open play, executing kick chases and at critical times, lineouts. How often do we see the All Blacks score, only to immediately be under pressure on their own line from the next kickoff? Robertson needs to prioritize players who can secure the ball, so the All Blacks stop relying on scraps of possession. Another weakness is leadership. In the World Cup final, the team needed just 3 points to win-any 3 points. Most top-level teams in that situation, down by a point and with good field position, would have gone for a drop goal. Similarly, in the last quarter of the test at Ellis Park, the All Blacks had a penalty in a very kickable spot, but opted for a lineout they ended up losing. Had they taken the 3 points, it likely would have sealed the game. Here’s the team that I think Razor should field for the next match, with a view towards developing for the World Cup: 1.Ethan de Groot 2. Codie Taylor 3. Tyrel Lomax 4. Josh Lord 5. Sam Darry 6. Scott Barrett 7. Ardie Savea 8. Hoskins Sotutu 9. Cortez Ratima 10. Harry Plummer 11. Caleb Clarke 12. Jordie Barrett 13. Billy Proctor 14. Rieko Ioane 15. Zarn Sullivan 16. Tamaiti Williams 17. Asafo Aumua 18. Fletcher Newell 19. Tupou Vaai 20. Wallace Sititi 21. Nick Hotham 22. Will Jordan 23. Beauden Barrett The key is to secure possession first-everything else will follow from that foundation.
Tamati Williams, Wallace, Tosi, they have to find space for them. ALb and Proctor or Quinn for Centres. Give George Bell a starting for the unknown factor. Plummer for me lack experience. Let him come from the bench. Why keep players in the squad who I think will not make the next world cup. Only my humble opinion.
@@theresaswartz7484 I agree. On Plummer, I think the ABs just need a solid game manager with a decent kicking game who understands that the playmakers are outside him. The time to blood him is now so that there are options going forward. I think betting the farm on Dmac is a big risk in case of injury and, imo he's too erratic for a test no. 10.
Sititi has played his way into the test side conversation preferably his natural position Tosi needs gametime at test level will be a real handful in time Bell his game thus far reminds me of the uncompromising Andrew Hore and that's say something and in future could surpass Aumua.
