I try to balance hobbies and work, but I am self employed...so it's not that easy, and now, I'm a new father since a little more than a year... so it's a little bit harder to put time in my hobbies. Music is a passion, it will never go away!
Man youre great at the loop station..i love your playin.. thanks for your great videos..because of you and others that use rc2 .. i went and got one im learning how to use it WOW its a gas..i have aproblem getting a good loop with no breaks....keep them comin..
Oh Malaysia! This is far from here! I have many many pedals, and the Rat is the one I'd like. I have many modified ones bought from Ebay that sound so great. Being left handed, I can't find guitars in stores around here. They only have the cheapest, with ugly colors. But now, with internet, it's much more easy! I have a few! I really see a progression in your playing if I look at the video's date. Keep going, you play very well!
ya i cant help storing this rhythm into the loop station. his music is so great..trying hard to play in order to understand his style of playing here..
No I stay in Malaysia, nice to meet you. Ya pedals here are slightly more expensive compared to US/Canada, and Boss is relatively cheaper because Taiwan made.
I'm uploading a demo when I first purchased the Thinline. At the time I was playing with a Fender Performer 1000 which is mostly solid state but has one lamp for the preamp. It's in french, since it's my first language. And it becomes a little bit harder than what you play at the end....
Yeah, I should have uploaded a video long time ago... I have all the equipment... a hdtv camcorder, great microphones... but I'm so busy... I'm working right now, and it's 10:27 pm... but you give me the motivation to put some videos of my guitars. I will do it. I have many of them! I have a nice Deluxe American Strat with a Jeff Beck Seymour Duncan humbucker, an american Tele with Seymour Duncan Antiques pickups, a 1983 Japan Squier Strat with Texas Specials, and a cheap Squier Pbass special
Yeah may be you should poprip..i work full time as a chemist too..but always try to balance work & hobby..That sounds very interesting! I guess my next experimental toy would be a full bodied jazz guitar or a Fender Jazz bass..Have a good evening ahead at work dude!
Ya indeed vry far..the furthest i have travelled to is only the europe, no op. to visit america yet..yeah i can see the prob of left handed players..you are lucky enough to play a lefty 72 thinline lol..If you have any video of yr guitars pls do share with me too I'd definately like to see a 72 Tele Thinline at the other corner of the world =)
Sigh..I just received it brand new 2days ago unfortunately there is a faulty footswitch it doesnt work properly when the pedal is bypassed..need to fix it=( still get to try it though, i always play straight to the amp actually, due to additional loop station I had to get an overdrive pedal. I like the tone characteristic of my guitar vry much but so far this RAT's up to my expectation! sounds vry smooth & 'musical' as most ppl describe..but i could swap the op amp with LM308 if i reali want..
You play very well! I want a proco Rat, but I hesitate, do you like it? Many say they are not as good now than 20 years ago... Do you live in Japan? Are pedals expensive there?
Ouch, I've got two thumbs down:S Apparently, those of us who like both guitars AND grammar are in the minority:P ... or people don't like that I type out emoticons... Well, to them, I say :) ~shrug~

Thanks..yeah i think jazz guitarist like scofield should get more appreciation..
Ya it's a lil bit tricky especially when i input something using mp3 player, need to repeat 5-6 times to get the loop right..

No, only single amp, Fender Champion 110, the Marshall is NOT plugged in :)

lol Assuming this is in response to paintingblack, I appreciate you and all you stand for:P:)
Hmmm...what backing track setting is that on your RC2? I'd like to use it if possible.
Dm
What are the RAT pedal settings you used?
Are you Dr. Seuss?
