My boy turned 2 in August , he mumbles a lot of words and understands when giving directions but just won’t talk. Me and wife speak Spanish and English in the home and wonder if this has part to do why he doesn’t talk year cause we use both languages

In short, learning more than one language does not cause speech or language delay. There are many speech therapists who work in both Spanish and English to support bilingual language learners :)
