Interesting I am on Vray 6 for Sketchup and I don't have the multiplier for the Fog. Instead I have depth which you seem to have to do the opposite and reduce. It is set to "1" by default but needs to go up to 300 to get the effect you have of 0.003

Isn’t the displacement rollout depreciated and due to be removed from the next version of VRay? Can you update this tutorial for when displacement is no longer available?

You can do the same using displacement in geometry tab or apply these settings to bump map
just use the water materials from vray itself and apply it.
@@sfguzmani water material from vray library looks much worse
Do only one time settt not do again and again setting it is confusing
