Darkstar263 The first thing I thought when I saw him was Biohsock, hes actually from my understanding a very new Batman villain 2007 or so. Personally I just wanted to do that thing Joker to to Harley in Arkham City with duct tape... He plays creepy horrifing villain well. The voice acting is as always pretty stellar. Little bit dissapointed over Deathstrokes boss battle though but it fits the narrative well. I hope we get a rematch with him in a possible expansion where they escape. Or someone bust them out. However there probably will be dlc set not after due to the ending but between following some other villains... I suspect Freeze will aid batman this time rather than fight him and perhaps well se Clayface return in some shape or form.
Deathstroke: Did you boss battles suck too? Every Villain Except Scarecrow: Yeah.... Scarecrow: I Didn't even get one! Batman: But wasn't my bat mobile cool though? Every Villain: No. Batman: :(
+SoulessExoShock that would 3 years ago from the events of batman arkham knight, not 10 years. but i'm talking about the dlc with the batmobile who ends with a Scarecrow boss.
I can agree with you there, Benjamin. I absolutely love the game, but my only problem was the boss fights. With the exception of Albert King, Johnny Charisma and, in my opinion, the Riddler, but the boss fights weren't really that good. Deathstroke's boss fight was nothing but a tank battle, I loved the tank battles but come on, it's Deathstroke! Not to mention that he was knocked out in ONE HIT! The Arkham Knight's boss fight was just a sniper battle, and expected more than that, especially since it was Jason Todd who was the Arkham Knight. And don't you get me started on the final boss fight against Hallucination Joker, sure it was a pretty cool segment, but the actual fight itself was short and easy! People say that the Arkham Games don't have great bosses, I personally disagree, i liked the battles with Bane and Poison Ivy in Arkham Asylum, the battles with Solomon Grundy, Ra's Al Goul, Mr. freeze, and Clayface, and the boss fights in Arkham Origins were actually pretty cool, but Arkham Knight's bosses were just terrible. Still, amazing game nevertheless.
Micheal Kennelly Love the irony of Rocksteady distancing themselves from Origins and saying it isn't part of the series and then bring in Deathstroke and make him basically worthless to the overall game
Billy Joseph But they didn't distance themselves from origins, they said it was apart if the continuity, and liked it enough to sprinkle arkham knight with easter eggs and references to events of the game
When you think about it, Batman is a genius for putting all the villains in one cell. Let's look at it this way: 1. Batman puts all the major criminals of Gotham in one cell. 2. Eventually, Deathstroke gets annoyed and kills the shit out of them all. 3. BOOM, all crime is gone and Batman still didn't break his no-kill rule, but it still leaves Deathstroke, who is determined to kill the Bat. 4. Bruce fakes his own death, so Deathstroke would lay off his back. 5. Now he is free to retire and call Selina about that night in the hotel. Well played, Bruce. Well played.
SaiMoNx8 Except Deathstroke isn't dumb enough to believe Bruce Wayne is dead from that explosion. He would know that was still alive and still hunt him down.
+MR.DC COMICS He needs a game ala Metal Gear Solid where you're def a Merc to hire and take up whatever big offers handed to you by some of the big wigs (like Lex Luthor and such) and always able to flip sides for better offers :p. Going around stealth-like for quick assassinations or guns a-blazing to show off superior use of weapons :p.
+Nick Santillo (Nickywhat) That would be badass. I would love it if they made that game. Deathstroke is the perfect character for a video game. He's like Metal Gear and Batman mixed in one.
Okay, Firefly, we get it. You like fire. Oh, and it would have been hilarious if Batman put Hush in that cell with the rest. Imagine everyone's confusion when they see Bruce Wayne and Batman in the same place at the same time... AFTER the public unmasking.
I love Two Face's and Riddler's reactions. There is still some left of Mr. Dent, who meant well but his attempts were doomed to fail and become corrupted. And even now he wishes the best for Batman's survival now that all of Gotham knows who he is... And on the polar opposite side, Nygma thinks he's so smart but is convinced Bruce Wayne isn't Batman! Dude, a drug addict knows better than you do!
8:37 You know, I've got to give It to Nigma: His puzzles really DID make me smarter! 🤔 With every riddle I solved or overcame in all the games, I feel like I polished my abilities a little more. And all thanks to you, Riddler. For that, I congratulate you. Hope this feels like a consolation prize! 😁
@@ISAAC607 Don't forget Beware the Batman. Granted that version had different motives for his actions, and couldn't do the gruesome stuff he does in the comics.
I love the attention to detail with Firefly’s character, the burns that gave him those scars also caused smoke, which he inhaled, scorching his esophagus and lungs, which is why he has to take such deep, raspy inhales everytime he speaks
All they were missing was some sort of homage to the "Almost Got 'Im" episode of BTAS for idle conversation between prisoners. "I've come the closest. No way, Nobody's come nearer to snuffing out the bat than me!"
Jordan Thomas That would have been hilarious...I was honestly hoping for Two Face and Penguin just to start hitting each other in a "This is your fault" situation
+laz kar "I threw a rock at him. It was a BIG rock." Though that was Batman pretending to be Croc and not the real Croc who had been knocked out and replaced by Batman so he could infiltrate the club where the villains were meeting and he was purposely acting dumb because that's how the other villains see Croc.
I know I just came here to hear Riddler's because I know that it will probably take years until I find every riddler trophy and everything else to put him behind bars.
I still love the fact that while everyone is like “well well well… Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same person!” Either as a positive or a negative, Riddler was still in denial that Bruce Wayne was under that mask for years 😂😂😂
9:39 I hope the Riddler realizes that a lot of bats actually live in trees and not just caves. I think there was actually an episode of Brave and the Bold where some caveman Batman actually had a hideout called the Bat Tree!
Right? He's one of the only ones who actually respects Batman. Absolutely wants to kill him, sure, but there's a sense of respect between them. Batman's secret identity as Bruce Wayne means nothing to Slade, no matter who he is under the mask he's still Batman and the greatest opponent Slade has ever encountered.
I love how Riddler is in absolute denial, man's going through the five stages of grief, next thing you know he'll be asking Scarecrow if he can take credit for revealing Bruce Wayne
9:10 if you beat scarecrow without catching Riddler, he’ll announce over the loudspeakers how he doesn’t believe you’re Bruce Wayne, that Bruce Wayne could never outsmart him
I swear, I think I'm the only one that likes The Riddler. After he said "It will be all the easier when we reconvene." I yelled, "IM SORRY BUT YOU LEFT ME NO CHOICE! I STILL LOVE YOU!"
Gabriella Ochoa I don't like the finding the riddles portion of his side missions, but him as a character in this series I love. His dialog is hilarious.
I love Edward's reaction to finding out Bruce is Batman he's so full of himself and thinks so highly of his own intellect that he won't (or maybe he can't) accept that Bruce Wayne this billionaire playboy philanthropist is the one who's able to outsmart and catch him every time.
SilverWing27 I know. It's like, why even bring Deathstroke in if you aren't going to have a fight with him? They might as well have had Eiling take over the militia.
lol Exactly. I actually thought there was gonna be some hand to hand combat, Arkham Knight swimming up on the gargoyles like Batman and even take away Batman's use of detective mode to make this more tricky. Same goes for Deathstroke.
Sven Gaupmann Of course. I was talking about when Batman found out that the Arkham Knight was Jason, I thought Jason would at least put up a hand to hand combat fight rather than swinging up on the gargoyles and having Batman get underneath him to take him out. It's ridiculous.
You can hear the 2 sides of Harvey Dent and Two Face. Harvey sounds humanly normal and concerned for Bruce, but when he threatens Bruce, his voice is sinister like it's his other side
The sad part is that when you reach the room where pyg is at, if you walk slowly enough the dollotron that pyg is working on will start to scream, and after pyg laughs because of this the dollotron will ask him to stop, in other words, he works on them while they are in a semiconscious state, causing them to still react and talk, but can't do anything about it.
Deathstroke: “When a man earns my respect that means I do not rest, I devote all my energy, everything I have to killing him!” Batman: *initiates knightfall protocol*
It may just be me… But taking the dude that tried to save his employees’ careers by burning derelict buildings down and locking him up with some of the most dangerous psychopaths in the city just doesn’t seem… fair. Even the henchmen are separated from the main villains.
aperturesciencegames That guy did make a deal with Firefly, which nearly got his own men killed, not to mention the collateral damage that could of ensued had Bats not stopped him and tried to justify his actions. He's right where he belongs.
I personally believe that Nygma’s active denial of Batman’s identity comes from him having previously suspected Bruce Wayne *AS* Batman. It was strongly hinted at in origins that only two years into batman’s career. Edward had discerned that Batman could either be Bruce or Harvey Dent. Hell, it was literally written on the wall. Yet, he ruled them both out and in his mind when the brilliant Riddler rules out a suspect there’s no possible way he could be wrong. Ed’s got a massive ego, it’s only natural that he’d be so torn at the news that he’d go into denial. Having to admit that he practically threw away his answer and boasted about another for years would be soul shattering. I think it’s *HILARIOUS*
Thinking about it, it’s really telling how down the drain Ed’s mental state has gone during his criminal career. Not that I was denying that Ed was insane.
Although I kinda hate the sheer volume of the Riddlers puzzles, he IS one of my favorite Arkham game villains. Although, part of that is that I am one of the fewer people to not give up, and to actually beat the riddler.
Demonwolf570 He apparently thinks he's making people "perfect" by turning them into lobotomized living dolls. The sick freak also cuts their genitals off too.
One of the creepiest parts for me is when you turn on detective vision and look at the dollotrons at GCPD it says that they're terrified on the inside :(
Did anyone else think that the voice acting for Pyg was a bit cringe-worthy? Like with the pig noises between words and shit? I get that that's probably in character for him idk it just seemed silly to me especially with how dark his side-story is. Zsasz in the other games genuinely freaked me out whereas most of the time when Pyg talks in this game it almost comes off as funny?

+IamJacksColon4 They probably could have put him in the cell with the Riddler informant. But yeah, Hush deserved better than what he got.
Firefly: Wayne Manor is next on my list when I get out.
Batman: Not if I blow it up first.
Firefly: ...Wait, what.
I like to pretend that Bruce did it just so Firefly couldn't. Next level pettiness
That Professor Pyg is fucking creepy. Reminds me of Dr Steinman from Bioshock.
Darkstar263 well, considering what he does to his victim's, he and Dr. Steinman would be buddies
Darkstar263 PYG MAKE U PERFECT PYG MAKE U FEEL NO PAIN
Read Batman Reborn, he's even creepier in that.
Mr. Bunny-Wabbit The fixing starts "here*"
Darkstar263 The first thing I thought when I saw him was Biohsock, hes actually from my understanding a very new Batman villain 2007 or so.
Batman: :(
And yet the boss battles were still better than Asylum😙
scarecrow: i got a boss battle which was amazing
all vilains: Where ?
scarecrow: .... in a dlc
+aperturesciencegames Riddler's was alright.
+xbourassa no it was 10 years ago in the asylum
+SoulessExoShock that would 3 years ago from the events of batman arkham knight, not 10 years. but i'm talking about the dlc with the batmobile who ends with a Scarecrow boss.
0:10 I love how they added Harvey's normal side of two-face into this game, it carries on with his double-personality lifestyle.
Poor harvey
Oh, god, Riddler... at least there's still one villain left who doesn't know Batman's identity.
That’s what happens when you get unmasked on live TV
*Batman:* "You're insane."
*Riddler:* "NO! That would imply either mental illness or derangement! _I_ suffer from neither."
*Batman:* ...😑
Batman 🦇 😑That's on you need not me.
They need to make a game called Arkham Thugs. I wanna see life in their eyes, their conversations are always interesting.
+RB Hayek I always stop to listen to the thug conversations before I knock them out.
My favorite was the one where they argue over whether the Batmobile is a tank or a car.
@@javonyounger5107 in arkham city they talk about fucking harley
Who wouldn't
@@Xehanort10 XD me too
Anyone else think the "fight" with Deathstroke was a weak cop-out?
Billy Joseph Pretty much everyone thinks that. This game had the worst bossfights of the arkham series.
This game pretty much had no boss fights in my opinion. But had the best batman story so far.
Billy Joseph But they didn't distance themselves from origins, they said it was apart if the continuity, and liked it enough to sprinkle arkham knight with easter eggs and references to events of the game
5:42
Deathstroke: When a man earns my respect that means I...What are you looking at?
Batman:Oh nothing just at the floor.
Deathstroke: -_-
Dude I just realized how many people Troy Baker is in this game
Ah yas! The voice of Loki from Ultimate Spider-Man, and Excalibur from Soul Eater!
And Joker from Assault On Arkham
(I think)

I love Riddler so much. This is arguably one of the best versions of him.
I like subtle detail on changing the name from Harvey dent to two-face depending on which side is talking.
I love how they threw a hardly bad fire fighter into a cell with Gothams most dangerous criminals
His crimes are noteworthy, but he by far had the most noble intent with his.
When you think about it, Batman is a genius for putting all the villains in one cell. Let's look at it this way:
@@taliamason7986 Not like it matters tho, considering his fight in Arkham Knight Deathstroke is weak AF and Batman can easily sweep the rug with him.
and then suicide squad happens

AlphaMunky Does he know Batman is Bruce?
***** I don't think so, perhaps he does
+AlphaMunky
It is implied that he does know. In arkham city, you can see him watching you as Bruce Wayne.
Super Fry Aww yeah! Totally forgot
Hi Aang
Deathstroke should have his own game.
I agree
MR.DC COMICS Red hood needs it more.
He's like Metal Gear and Batman mixed in one.
arkham origins dlc
Okay, Firefly, we get it. You like fire.
Oh, and it would have been hilarious if Batman put Hush in that cell with the rest. Imagine everyone's confusion when they see Bruce Wayne and Batman in the same place at the same time... AFTER the public unmasking.
it would've been a total mind rape
Deathstroke: Well if it isn't Bruce and ..... Bruce?
Firefly: Ok what they hell!?
Riddler: I knew it!
His face was all fucked though after Bruce fucked him up by destroying a table with his face.
With every riddle I solved or overcame in all the games, I feel like I polished my abilities a little more. And all thanks to you, Riddler. For that, I congratulate you. Hope this feels like a consolation prize! 😁
Shame he couldn’t benefit from it as well
Pyg is such an interesting villain. It would be cool to see him in a live action movie, more of a horror movie would be cool too.
He was great in Gotham, and was also in SS: Hell to Pay
@@ISAAC607 Don't forget Beware the Batman. Granted that version had different motives for his actions, and couldn't do the gruesome stuff he does in the comics.
Maybe in a new Robert Pattinson Batman movie he would be perfect for that
8:57
Batman: Uh... yeah. I am so totally not Bruce Wayne. I have to admit you finally outsmarted me.
*Riddler* : I did didn’t I?

Pyg is the most unsettling villain. He makes the rest of them look sane.
sucks you can't talk to scarecrow, & what about manbat/kirk does he say anything different? (also harley, and hush?)
AJ Rodz Hush locked up, Harley doesn't know about the news, and manbat is crying (I think on that last one).
RabidRetrospectGames ah, that sucks, thanks though
RabidRetrospectGames Wish you could talk to Harley about Ivy. :(
And bane ?
AJ Rodz (Spoiler) Scarecrow still scared after he was defeated
I love the voice actor for Deathstroke. Stern and strong. 👌🏻
I know it was just very short, but I loved the Deacon Blackfire mission. Such an obscure graphic novel - real Batman fans working on these stories!
I love the attention to detail with Firefly’s character, the burns that gave him those scars also caused smoke, which he inhaled, scorching his esophagus and lungs, which is why he has to take such deep, raspy inhales everytime he speaks
Deathstroke is probably the one keeping the peace in the cell, no one is gonna start something while he's in there.
Jordan Thomas And then we have a hallucination of Joker inside the cell making fun of all the putz inside.
+Jordan Thomas Should've been a end credit cutscene imo... such a fucking missed opportunity!
Deathstroke: I threw a TANK at him!
... it was a boss tank...
There's also special dialogue if you're arresting the villains after your identity has been revealed.
I know I just came here to hear Riddler's because I know that it will probably take years until I find every riddler trophy and everything else to put him behind bars.
I've done it twice ( yep %240 two times.)
3:07 firefly says that the Wayne manor will burn and that happens in the knightfall protocol and there is calender man
The Riddler is so awesome! Annoying, but in the best way. He's my favourite Rogue for sure - I feel terrible when you play as the Joker and kill him.
1:31 i like how deathstroke randomly says to lose weight to pyg
He says this to Penguin
I still love the fact that while everyone is like “well well well… Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same person!” Either as a positive or a negative, Riddler was still in denial that Bruce Wayne was under that mask for years 😂😂😂
I like how Deathstroke is legit giving advice to Pygmy about losing weight for combat
Yosh Kong he’s not talking about Pyg he’s talking about Penguin.
The voice-acting of this game is superb.
9:39 I hope the Riddler realizes that a lot of bats actually live in trees and not just caves. I think there was actually an episode of Brave and the Bold where some caveman Batman actually had a hideout called the Bat Tree!
I love Deathstroke!!! He needs his own spinoff game.
I wish all the villains in that cell would bitchslap the fuck out of riddler for me
3:18 I noticed Azrael is not in prison, if anyone chose to break the 🗡️ and takes vengeance to the order of st Dumas.
there's no need for breaking the sword you can just go into the elevator and leave
I love how Deathstroke still refers to him as batman. Honestly a deathstroke led spinoff would be great
Riddler was annoying, but I still felt bad for killing him in the nightmare.
I felt bad for killing all of them
tjcervi Totally :(
Except penguin
I shot his corpse.
Owen K. yep
Riddler probably watches Rick and Morty
Its kinda extreme locking up the firefighter chief in the cell full of super villains isnt it
I love how Riddler is in absolute denial, man's going through the five stages of grief, next thing you know he'll be asking Scarecrow if he can take credit for revealing Bruce Wayne
2:52 batman probably got the idea of burning wayne manor here
Firefly overacts like Nicholas Cage
2:13 firefly voice actor is amazing that crazy pyromaniac voice
9:10 if you beat scarecrow without catching Riddler, he’ll announce over the loudspeakers how he doesn’t believe you’re Bruce Wayne, that Bruce Wayne could never outsmart him
I swear, I think I'm the only one that likes The Riddler.
After he said "It will be all the easier when we reconvene." I yelled, "IM SORRY BUT YOU LEFT ME NO CHOICE! I STILL LOVE YOU!"
Gabriella Ochoa u hot
CommanderOfTheSun u kid
Gabriella Ochoa Nope, you're not! I love the Riddler. Especially in Arkham Knight. Such a good character and such a good side mission!
Gabriella Ochoa I don't like the finding the riddles portion of his side missions, but him as a character in this series I love. His dialog is hilarious.
Gabriella Ochoa he's my favourite villain in the arkham trilogy
"You may have everyone in here fooled with your little Bruce Wayne charade, but not me!" It's like Riddler is both wrong and right at the same time.
I love that the subtitles change from two face to Harvey dent
I love Edward's reaction to finding out Bruce is Batman he's so full of himself and thinks so highly of his own intellect that he won't (or maybe he can't) accept that Bruce Wayne this billionaire playboy philanthropist is the one who's able to outsmart and catch him every time.
God I love the way firefly talks.......taking deep breaths and whatnot XD
whell he did get 90% of his (entire(human)) body burned; i'd imagine that would screw with your speaking abilities.
Firefly actually gets off on being burned. Something creepy to consider.
I love the voice acting, so well done
(sigh) Deathstroke has been defeated so easily by Tankman.
SilverWing27 you know that arkham knight is jason tood right? and he is good now?
Sven Gaupmann Of course. I was talking about when Batman found out that the Arkham Knight was Jason, I thought Jason would at least put up a hand to hand combat fight rather than swinging up on the gargoyles and having Batman get underneath him to take him out. It's ridiculous.
sangok nam lol Of course it was. Instead, Deathstroke just hid behind those drones.
wow. Edward has really let his fashion sense go. it's kinda sad.
I love how the Riddler has the same voice as one of the almighty tallest.
You can hear the 2 sides of Harvey Dent and Two Face. Harvey sounds humanly normal and concerned for Bruce, but when he threatens Bruce, his voice is sinister like it's his other side
The subtitles also reflect who’s talking switching between “Harvey Dent” and “Two Face”.
0:13 Two face becomes normal for a few seconds.
Subtitle even says Harvey Dent instead of Twoface.
@@SimiCantStandYaBits Good catch.
Professor Pyg really does creep me out. I still don't know how he turned those people into that zombie state.
Demonwolf570 drugs and lobotomy mostly
The sad part is that when you reach the room where pyg is at, if you walk slowly enough the dollotron that pyg is working on will start to scream, and after pyg laughs because of this the dollotron will ask him to stop, in other words, he works on them while they are in a semiconscious state, causing them to still react and talk, but can't do anything about it.
Dent talking was a nice touch
I love how Riddler doesn’t even believe Batman’s identity.
Deathstroke never cared who he was in the comics either. All that mattered was the battle.
Deathstroke: “When a man earns my respect that means I do not rest, I devote all my energy, everything I have to killing him!”
Batman: *initiates knightfall protocol*
To be honest , I'm surprised Pyg ain't dead...imagine being stuck in a cell while he is singing
Everyone in the cell: WHO IS IT UNDER THE MASK!?
Penguin in the same damn cell as everyone else: 6:50
Everyone in the cell: “Why did he say that Bruce Wayne was in-front of him, when the only person we can see is Batman?”
*_“…IS HE STUPI-“_*
riddler should have a reality tv show
*Living With My Big Fat Ego*
It may just be me…
But taking the dude that tried to save his employees’ careers by burning derelict buildings down and locking him up with some of the most dangerous psychopaths in the city just doesn’t seem… fair.
Even the henchmen are separated from the main villains.
Can't believe Batman threw a firefighter in the Maximum security with all those freaks, that shit would scar him for life
Batman is an asshole
aperturesciencegames That guy did make a deal with Firefly, which nearly got his own men killed, not to mention the collateral damage that could of ensued had Bats not stopped him and tried to justify his actions. He's right where he belongs.
Jarock316 Still, he doesn't deserve to be in the maximum security cell. He should be put in the same cell as the cop working for riddler if anything
*Love how they lock up and deathstroke and half of the rogues in their costumes.*
Professor Pyg really does creep me out. Seriously, what did he do to those people? They acted like silent zombies. :/
In pyg's bio, it reads that he makes his victims genderless and eliminates their DNA
MyNameIsLeroyJenkins I agree, that really creeped me out.
I love how you can't even talk to Scarecrow, he's just crumbled up on the floor cowering because of his fear gas, the irony
