The biology of Boron is so ignored, so nice to see a video about the important and overlooked element. Move over carbon, Boron is an element that matters!
There is a lot of useful information about boron ـ hy iam abdul sattar from pakistan iam also use boron in my all crops like wheat.maize coron. Banana . Musturd ......
My experience with B in corn that might help. At 1.2ppm MW Labs. At plant 2x2 and v3 epost, 1 pt 5%. After a 2 inch rain, B was the most deficient of the nutrients at v5, down at 3ppm. I don't know if the B went down in the soil (S and N were at sufficient) or if it just doesn't get into the roots well in wet conditions. Doing nothing but let the soil dry, v6 returned to my normal 15ppm. I think after v6 and going through the rapid growth stage tissue tests can be all over the map. B , P, and K in particular for me. I'm planning a Vt application of 1 pt 5% around 1400 gdus. After a few years of fall applications of B, I think I'm in good shape, but it's always interesting to see what is happening in season and scratching your head. Maybe I need 3ppm levels to avoid this. Hope this helps your viewers.

Great Lecture! Thank you
Boron deficiency is a issue in vineyards as it is 100% necessary for grapes to produce fruit. And I have battled chronic boron leeching for years.

Is boron typically in my soil test results or request basis? I have heavy gumbo, but I don’t recall the last time added intentionally.
