I love this show! I only take care of 800 square feet of cool season turf grass, with 7.0+ pH, but I still find relevant helpful hints to utilize on the lawn.
Guys ....I love you both ... i learned many things from your show ... and i am also doing now practically ..... love from pakistan ... today's small farmer tommorrow's successfull farmer....
I just got my garden lab results in... 8.4 PH and sky high micro and macro nutes.... off the charts... the good news?! I can lower PH and turn garden tomatoes and peppers into fruit bearing machines... glad I googled how to lower PH... Thank You.

What can we do to lower ur ph when sulfur in ur soil already high double the quantity ..SIR, I am from India..nd ur help is what I need ..frm punjab state ...SOIL PH is 8.2 ,calcium nd magnese ,iron ,molebedanium, r in low quantity ..k nd sulfhur ,zinc ,boron r in high range ..wheat sowing is going on nd mustard too ..so,,what can I use to lower the ph .bcz sulfur is already very high ..nd calcium is low but calcium increases the ph so I can use calcium or not ?? What fertilizer I can use to lower my ph nd manage less calcium ..I can spray iron ,magnese ,molebedanium but not sure
You can't change PH but you can do something Use phosphoric acid as a source of phosphor Use micronutrients edta and Fe edhha Use calcium nitrate with nitric acid If you have Calcareous Soil don't use ammonium sulfite but you should ues ammonium nitrate
Sir ph is high but sulfur is also in high range in my soil in here in punjab state in india...calcium is in low range so what can I use to lower the ph..bcz I cannot use calcium bcz it will increase my ph ..confusing results of my soil test

Can I ask a question? If a septic cleaning company emptied their trucks in the fields of 150 acre farm, and I lived downhill of some of these fields, how would that effect the PH of the soils in my yard, garden, and 3/4 acre pond, on the low side of our house? We test the water PH in the pond with the color drops and it is a very dark green, indicating a PH above 8 or even 9. It may also matter that the field above me is a cow pasture. I don't know what effect , if any, these activities could have around me. Any idea how I reverse the effects and lower the PH? Appreciate the help.
Borderline twaddle! Soils have dramatically different ability to buffer pH changes so what is being shared isn’t wrong, it’s just not correct for large swaths of the US. Also they neglect to mention the pH scale is logarithmic so adjustment from pH of 7.5 to 7 is vastly easier/cheaper than adjusting from 8 to 7.5!

Very interesting and helpful,, thanks lots Sir......
Great advice
Hi, I got a low PH soil here in Indonesia, the rain quite intense and heavy how to buffer my soil to keep it neutral in level
Great video guys and I’m not a farmer
So I need to use sulfate and phosphorus to down pH?
Hello Sir,
Why Gypsum not useful for lowring PH.

Does dolomite ( Ca + Mg + S ) can be soil buffer and also increase soil porosity?

Is it true that leguminous crops(clover, beans peas, whatever) lower ph slowly over time?
