Great review. I was considering between this and the Rogue Velocitor. I don't like how the Rogue attaches. The mutant metals looks much easier by just aligning the pin and flipping it down. I'll definitely be ordering one from MM next week.
Hi, wanted to get your thoughts now that you have had the UDA for about 5 months. I noticed on your review video that there is some flex/give to the bracket as you were doing dips and neutral grip pull-ups. How much do you weigh? I’m about 205 doing weighted dips, about another 55lbs, I concerned about too much flex up and down with this piece. Do you know the gauge of steel used and dimension of tubing? I would be replacing a REP 5000V2 dip attachment, which is identical in its robustness to the Rogue Monster Matador and neither of these have any flex. Thanks, Steve
Sweet , pricey and sweet guess that's beats out pricey lol. I could use this to hold my legs in for my inside rack lat pulldown station and not keep thinking about buying a separate station for pulldowns, thanks boss.
Wow very cool. Do these fit 3x3 monster racks with 1 inch holes? Looks like these would fit into rogue trolley arms if they are 1 inch. Thx for sharing. I agree. But once and never regret it
I can use these handles to hold myself down while doing lat pull downs with rhino belt squat correct? It looks like the pit is way easier and faster than the threaded one
Hey Ricky, can you tell me if the handles on mutant metals dip attachment are actually wider than the Rogue ? I have long arms and I'm a pretty big fella so I wouldn't want to purchase just to find out that the third hole on dip attachment isn't any wider than the Rogue
That’s what I was curious about also, there is a decent amount of flex with just doing dips and he looks like he weighs under 200 lbs. I question the durability with a bigger guy using it loaded up with additional weight.
@@GarageGymGainz unfortunate! I might end up getting one in the future. But living in Canada the price tag + shipping would bring it close to $400 Canadian I think 😗
I’m sold. This looks like a complete matador killer.
Do it Nick!!!
Just came across this. Great review of a product I have never seen before. This is definitely on my radar now.
Ordered one of the 5/8 UDAs tonight cuz of this vid
You're going to LOVE it!
This thing looks so sweet. And not just the knurling. The whole thing. Awesome.

my thoughts too, and the MM just looks better as well..sports car vs rogue's landcruiser lol
@@Beef_Wagon Haha, yep. I agree.
Just ordered the exact same one and mentioned your video. Thanks
I'm pumped for you Ryan! You're going to LOVE it!
I will buy one soon to replace my Rep Fitness dip attachment

Did you pull the trigger on the mutant metal dip attachment? How do you like it in comparison?

That's a great idea!!
Have you ever used just the handles themselves for pull ups inside the 1” holes of the rack? If so, how well do they work? Appreciate the review!
Cost of shipping was a non starter for me, I have been eyeballing it for months but $75 shipping crushed my dreams today :(
Dang.... 😥
Check again. Shipping costs went way down.

Correct! They fit the monster series, and I bet you're right on that!
Every time I see someone with this I think damn you Lou for not buying it haha.
You NEED to buy it! It's seriously so great.
Great reviews.
Thanks!!
Like the design, Do you happen to know how many degrees the bend is? Looks to be less of an angle than the Matador.
I'm actually not sure, but I believe it's slightly more than the Matador actually! You'll be able to see better on my comparison video Wednesday.
I would like to use thlo on Reps lat pull-down. Slip them in the fold down safety bar to hold my thighs down
The handles look kinda slanted downwards. It doesn’t look exactly parallel to the ground
Great question! It looks level in person though. It's probably my whack camera angle.
I can use these handles to hold myself down while doing lat pull downs with rhino belt squat correct? It looks like the pit is way easier and faster than the threaded one
where can i can get this? thank you

Can you do a giveaway for the matador since you don’t need it anymore lol
I’ve gotta sell it! Lol
Where’s the promo code for this
Would it hold up a 275lb dude with 200 worth of added weight?
The claimed weight limit is 500lbs!
That’s what I was curious about also, there is a decent amount of flex with just doing dips and he looks like he weighs under 200 lbs.

Matador killer for sure...but it will also kill my wallet.
It’s worth it! Lol
Are you aware of anything else like it?
Not really. The rogue matador would be closest

I don’t blame you for the hesitation, that does get a little steep! Awesome piece though
3:20 LOL
hahahaha
Does it fit on Rep 5000 V2?
It should!
