If Heaven weren’t anything other than a white room, but Jesus was there, I would absolutely love it. If there was nothing other than Him.. it would be splendor. I ain’t chasing Him for the blessings, but for the mercy and pity He gave me here. For all the love He has shown me when I had no one or nothing. Oh precious wonderful fantastic loving beautiful JESUS CHRIST ❤️
Thank you pastor John, letting this meggage penetrate our minds, 💕 and souls, Oh! the victory that can bath us to overflowing Joy unspeakable! Love the gift God has given you to share in bringing the bread of life in desiring more~♥~
Hallelujah, I bind the word of ephesians 1:3-6 to may be accepted by God almigthy in his grace and abiding in his spiritual blessings, without blame and being made holy, in the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, amen!!!
As Jesus said on the cross "It is finished." The work has been completed and the battle has already been won. We just have to accept the free gift of grace to receive it.
Hi, Jesus existed as person just like Zeus, Moses, and Osiris did. I don't have evidence to prove Jesus' resurrection was or wasn't a hoax. Since you are 100% sure it wasn't, please provide evidence (not just books, opinions of historians / scholars, or scripture references) to prove that hoaxer Christian writers didn't make up the resurrection hoax by making up fake eyewitnesses, fake testimonials, and fake stories that apostles were willing to die after witnessing the risen Jesus. Thx.
Speaking of spam...atam is here. When you have evidence for your opinion will be happy to discuss some points with you. You ignored all my previous questions though.
@@arionbeckett6276 LOL. Vaticancatholic.com? LOL. That's like the fox guarding the hen-house. I didn't ask for evidence that Jesus existed as a person or was crucified. 6:42 It's not 1 Peter 3:20-21 where God promises that we will have a glorious body like Jesus's, it's Philippians 3:20-21. However, other than that, he's right. Blessed indeed be the God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has not only redeemed us by the blood of His Son, but also lovingly & generously lavished these immeasurably wonderful blessings upon us!
Good teaching. I would just want to take issue with one point: Around 9.00-10.00 John Piper says something about Eph 2:6, where Paul says that God 'raised us up with him [Christ] and seated us with him in the heavenly places'. Piper says that the being raised with Christ referred to in this verse 'is virtually done' and he says that we are already 'in the decision of God' raised with Christ, and that our place in heaven is so secure that it is as good as done. Piper seems to be implying that the being raised and being seated in the heavenly places is something that will happen to believers in the future, and that Paul talks AS IF it has already happened. However, I believe this is a mistake. Paul is NOT referring to the future here. Paul means that in the senses he has in mind in this verse, we are ALREADY raised and seated in the heavenly places with Christ.
@@arionbeckett6276 It is absurd to say that the early fathers agreed with Catholicism. If they knew what you believe about Mary, they would be utterly astonished, wondering how anyone could believe such nonsense. Mary was descended from Adam, so she would have been sinful for that reason alone. Besides, in Luke 1:47, she describes God as her 'Saviour'. Given Lucan theology as a whole, this is surely including a reference to salvation from sin.
@@ikennaanigbogu Eph 2:6 refers to a spiritual raising and sitting in the heavenly places. The idea of being spiritually raised is found elsewhere, as in Col 3:1, where Paul says: 'So if you have been raised with Christ, seek the things above . . .' Of course, we will be physically raised later too. But we have already been raised in a spiritual sense. As far as already sitting with Christ in the heavenly places, I am not aware of another passage that mentions this explicitly, but this too is a spiritual sitting in heaven. Exactly what is meant by our spiritual resurrection and sitting in heaven in Eph 2:6 is a difficult issue. I don't think it's easy to fully understand. But these are spiritual things.

So if we are seated in the heavenly places, we cannot lose our salvation. We are already there!
