Barukh Hashem!!!!!!! Hashem touch me today in the Holy Shabbat of Yisrael. My tears keep fallinh and i keep wiping it in my forehead. I am sseing very clearly Yisrael in Torah Kedushah. I see clearly a tzadiq gadol, ish ha Elokim. Yisrael pray for me, for soon too soon i will be coming to your eretz hakodesh to be a part of your holy people. Kein yehi ratzon......
It's about submission to the order of Headship from the Creator on down. It could be applied to much more than fertility issues. Ultimately, if a wife & husband fall in line with the order of Headship, then their household will be blessed. A woman's refusal to cover her head isn't just about vanity. Often she's the one who controls the relationship & the household, which then throws all the blessings off course. Once she submits to the order of the Headcover, the Lord can then work in many ways.
men according to halacha should wear a hair covering (a Kippah) not a hair covering like a woman and for different reasons. This is to demonstrate the fear of the King Yare malcah (yamulke)
Numbers 5: 18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and let the hair of the woman's head go loose, and put the meal-offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal-offering of jealousy; and the priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that causeth the curse. Hair could be rolled up. Doesn't speak of uncovering her hair - it's letting it go loose as if it was bound up in pins.
When you try to read the Bible with translation (other Languages) thats what you understand...nothing. I'm not trying to offend you, just pointing out the fact, 55,000 books has been written about the Bible in order to understand the full of it and still we have a lot of study to do, and for thousand's of years all understood that the Women's of Israel cover their heads. Sorry if my English isn't well enough to explain it better. Peace
tyou are misapplying something very specific. This case is specifically laws of the Sotah a woman suspected of being with another man than her husband, this is part of the procedure to embarrass her and either declare her innocent or guilty. research halacha of Sotah and halacha of tzniut for woman; a married or divorced woman must cover her entire hair just like she must cover most of her body. please read halacha of what modest tzniut dress entails for specifics
guys dont worry Shveti cracked the code finally after all these years!! spread the news tell everyone take off head coverings Shveit finally figured it out!!!
He said taharat hamispacha which means to have intercourse after a women immerses in the mikvah will be a merit for her to have children in addition to covering the hair, so he never said that she can get pregnant without her husband, you misunderstood the rabbi
@MariluLane ever heard of a bad hair fashion trend ? and don't even white women bleach their hair! is not like she is black ,she may have been blonde as a child too... you made such a mean comment towards a woman who was clearly in emotional pain from her barren state .
0:30 How is it from the Torah just like Yom Kippur? It is from the Talmudh not from the Torah. And who didn't Rabbis wife's for example Rabbi Moshe Feinstein ZTL not cover their hair? also 0:42 - then why are Haredim generally the poorest people in Israel and even around the world?
The talmud is basis of the Oral Torah which is part of the Torah for Jews, a Jew who believes in only the written Torah and not the Oral Torah (Torah shebeal pe) is an epikores and heretic! Sources in the Talmud cite psukim (verses) in the written Torah Wife of Rabbi Moshe einstein zecher tzaddik livracha covered her hair with a wig that is modest and is allowed by Ashkenazi poskim. The wigs nowadays are very flashy and immodest so to wear a wig is usually not enough unless it is very simple and modest and meets many guidelines. Bat Sheva Ester Kanievsky zichrona livracha wore a modest wig but also a hair covering underneath that.
0e0l7i Islam has a different revelation from God than Judiasim. Islam and Judiaism ask for purity for women and a woman who doesn’t cover herself up is consered to be a sinner.
@MariluLane that makes no sense whatsoever - how can you equate being a bad mother to a bleach job? You think she wasn't emotionally ready because of her state of hair? That is seriously ridiculous.Of course no one should become a parent if they aren't ready to deal with children but dying ones hair isn't a primary factor of incompetent parenting.
Statistics rather than stories would be helpful here. I keep thinking of that woman in the audience- irrational answer to an irrational question. Much love to my people, but really, let's get it together.
MADE UP TRUTH, WHAT ELSE , HE MANAGES TO MISLEAD SO MANY PEOPLE BUT HEY IF YOU BELONG TO A GROUP YOU HAVE TO BE LIKE THE GROUP OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT ACEPT YOU
this is a lie and false it's easy to deny the truth to give the illusion that it absolves you from it read the sources shulchan aruch, talmud much information on this you are the liar and misleader Rabbi Amnon Yitzchak is a tzaddik and mezache et harabim you speak motzi shem ra on him and machti et harabim and you will inherit such a deep place in gihennom you won't come out unless you do teshuvah and ask the Rav for forgiveness

on the whole, wearing a head covering is better than a wholesale ban on contraception demanded by other religion I can think of.
I believe.
What song is that being sung in the last part of the clip?
The song is called Lecha Dodi by the Maccabeats.
Baruch HaShem
There's a disparity with how many men have their heads uncovered. Do they have to according to Torah?

Muslims confuse this by saying that also unmarried woman should cover their hair too. According to Judaism, that is not remotely required.
arianzo Not only Muslim women cover their faces also Haredi Jews.
