Step 1: Communicate I'm working in an MNC, majority of the time I'm communicating with people from the US, Mexico, and North India. It helped me to prepare for the IELTS exam and even I got compliments from these people for my communication skill. Because of my name and English, one user thought that I'm from onsite and told me that people from India don't communicate like this. He asked me the reason for that. NB: njn pro onum ala but I try my best to make the conversation better than the previous time. To all the ones out there who are complaining on the accent and the grammar 🙏 When would u guys stop cribbing over the negatives n focus on the positives? There is a whole lot of people in Kerala who are scared of speaking English. Riyaz himself has said that he is not fluent in English, n he is not here to teach us English. A guy from malayalam medium background, if he is able to "manage" English today with confidence, that shows his interest n the amount of effort put in to achieve the same. He is truly an inspiration for many of us to believe that nothing is impossible if we are willing to invest ourselves on it..
Try to watch lots of English videos whether it is cricket, cooking, reaction videos, podcasts etc. Gradually you will start to think in English. "English with Duncan " is a good podcast UA-cam channel. If you are interested you can check it out!

I was rejected from so many interviews because I don't speak the language. I made mistakes and learned from that. I was a Malayalam medium student too.
Me too..I used to clear aptitude tests and later fail in interviews during campus placement ... I have attended around 8 interviews and even some of the interviewers mocked me I noted down the mistakes after each and every interview and later tried to correct myself By God's grace finally I got placed in an MNC But I still remember the pain of humiliation
I also studied from Malayalam medium school. But I am pretty confident that my English language is way more better than any other English medium school kids. I also faced lots of rejections and teasing from my interviewers and acquaintances. In many situations I felt stagnant.. despite all the low confidence and anxieties I tried to improve my language day by day. Reading and listening would help you to familiarise the language… since my childhood I always keep a small notebook to mark unfamiliar words. It helps me to improve vocabulary. However, still I am not perfect in that language. I know it very well. I am keep trying to polish my language… communication is a skill. You have to set that skill by yourself

One and only thing u can do is speak, speak up, speak again..., dont be hesitant to convey the things. As I am working in an MNC the first two yrs was like a hell. I used to write bits while speaking with clients or managers. Slowly and gradually my vocabulary got improved and I got into a state that, I can manage these things..., the fact is we cannot trace the improvement but gradually it will get improved for sure with continuous communication ⚡️

One and only thing u can do is speak, speak up, speak again..., dont be hesitant to convey the things. As I am working in an MNC the first two yrs was like a hell. I used to write bits while speaking with clients or managers. Slowly and gradually my vocabulary got improved and I got into a state that, I can manage these things..., the fact is we cannot trace the improvement but gradually it will get improved for sure with continuous communication ⚡️
