I had a friend like that, but after watching too much MSNBC, he became constantly angry. It was like the Trump anger was consuming his life. I tried to tell him to turn his TV off and get rid of it, but he just got angrier. I parted company with him, as he was just too unhinged and unpleasant to be around. I have hobbies and a life where he just clings onto his leftist anger.

Not that long ago, MSNBC aired Rachel, Joy & others on a primetime panel, & they kept their cool for most of the broadcast, except for a few times, where their rhetoric flowed back to the past rhetoric they usually discuss before this past Saturday.

When TYT takes the high road and say despite political views there are lines you just don't cross and MSDNC is scared their hosts would cross them, I commend them for doing that. I know they are clearly no fans of Trump, this shows they are at least level headed enough to take a step back and say we need to cool things down and keep things civil and not violent, active shooter level. I've always wondered who watches Morning Joe ?? I'd assumed people with no control over their viewing options like prisoners, old age homes, mental asylums, and people waiting in airports. It's not something I can handle for more than 15 seconds.

There was a time way back in the day, I actually liked Morning Joe as it was an interesting chit chat show regardless if I agreed with what they were saying (back in the days of Obama), but seeing a group of people be so angry about one political figure, that being the singular purpose of the show now, I just left it behind. I put it in with the View. Its just not good tv. I'd say the same thing if they focused vile hate on Biden. All that negative energy is not good for the soul.
