Went to get the violet core which was the only core color I was missing and the first minior I encountered WAS A SHINY but I couldn't tell it was on the outside. P.S. I did catch both the violet core minior and the shiny one I encountered. I thought I'd never see the day I encountered and catch a shiny minior after I failed in pokémon moon because it kamikazed itself (aka blew itself up)
