- First story of the year! I would have uploaded sooner but I made the trailer while this video was half-way completed and in general I had to take a break after Christmas, hence the lack of videos in January. Nontheless, this two-parts story was adapted from the homonym magazine story written by Andrew Benner and I hope you'll like it!

Amazing adaptation! I like the addition of the importance of drivers at the beginning and when the new driver drove BoCo backwards, it almost reminded me of There Goes a Train.
Looking forward to Part 2!
Seems like an oversight for the Fat Controller to hire a new driver for BoCo who has no experience driving diesels.

Excuse me, Nicco. I'm sorry to tell you this, however, you might have to stop playing George Carlin cursing at the end if you want your videos to stay up. Apparently, the CEO at UA-cam are trying to make ALL of UA-cam for kids, and Harry, Jerome and Tom (Brendam Productions, TheGermanOfSodor and ThomasFan2002) had their videos taken for the curse words in them, even in the description! It might to you if keep doing it too!
Sorry, typo. It might happen to you if you keep having curse words, it seems UA-cam is doing everything in their power to make sure we don't have our comments. Sigh.

@@Marcus71 I'd say mostly, barring an occasionally video that isn't for kids on this channel, it's usually brought up in the beginning or the description, the main cursing is at the end so UA-cam doesn't mark it for kids.

I get the story. However, they would NEVER let a person try and figure out how to operate any locomotive on their own. That is very dangerous and could lead to much more than going down the wrong track. How about an episode where a locomotive is selected to help train new crews like drivers and firemen and the locomotive has to learn to be patient and help the new guys so they can learn to be good fire men and drivers.
A good adaption to this story here. Well done on it. Keep up the good work and take your time on them.
I'm confused. Why would Sir Topham Hatt hire someone who drove steam engines to drive a diesel engine? Did Topham not know? Or was he that stupid?
