Thank you for sharing such great ideas, Jess. I had another thought on the turkey paper. Specifically the left half where you had that little spot of foliage on the one edge after cutting the paper down. With that particular sketch, you could also cut that 1-1/2 x 8" strip in half to make 2 strips that are 1-1/2 x 4". Then rotate the one half with the foliage spot so that end is behind the focal (3 x 4") panel. Because that panel covers that part of the strip entirely, no one will ever know. Just another idea to consider when dealing with such papers. I love the cards you made. I don't do many slimline cards, but I think for patterned papers like you used, they can certainly be helpful. I love all the thought process explanations it makes using a whole paper pad easier. Cause I will buy a pad for certain gorgeous papers but then struggle with some of the rest. Can we donate a slim line card? I usually default to a2 but I love slim line cards.
