Aside from my Mom, Kim Basinger, and Elizabeth Taylor I don't think there's a more beautiful woman alive than Isabella Rossellini. And look at her face as she caresses Tom's cheek, knowing it's the last time she probably will. Love the little fella that they forgot about who had to yell out "you hoo" .
My sister told me that I reminded her of. Isabella in this film, my husband cheated, we had a little girl, told me to go and see it when it came out. I saw it and thought being compared to this woman will be the greatest complement I ever received!
And to think the Children are married with Families of their own or so I hope. I loved Maria's Family, so close and enjoy each other's company and the fact that Mitch & Chloe didn't have a problem with their Parents marrying was beautiful.

In New Zealand they did the very first Musical Reality Show Popstars that became the prototype for future Musical Reality Shows like The Idol Franchise, The X Factor and The Talent Franchise.
I recently picked up the album, Angelo Badalamenti Music For Film And Television, mainly for the Twin Peaks related music on it. It is filled really great orchestrations of his stuff. I just checked and it has a really lovely rendition of the Cousins love theme on there. Badalamenti is an amazing composer.
I love Movies where the Person goes to find and get their Soulmate. Therese Belivet finding Carol in "Carol" while in Diary Of A Mad Black Woman Helen leaves Sunday Dinner and her Husband Charles McCarter to find her Boyfriend and when her Family asks where's she's going, she says "I'm Going To Find My Man".

This movie is so 80's and SO GOOD! I'm sure there's many more movies with such an intense love affair... What Dreams May Come has a similar love affair. It is sad and the special effects involved are low budget--BUT, WHAT ROMANCE! Talk about "going after your soulmate!" Watch it!
