Oh here's a fun fact. When Maria was humming The Long & Winding Road she was paying homage to The Beatles. She actually shares a Birthday if not Birthdate with Paul McCartney. Paul was born in 1942 while Isabella Rossellini was born in 1952.
@@LoriGuttilla Oh you're lucky. I have The CD but I got rid of The Video Version. I have Xanadu on Both Film & CD Soundtrack. Isn't it amazing it was one of Two Movies that showed the burgeoning Coffee Movement. American Gigolo did the same thing.
I LOVE THIS MOVIE. TED DANSON AND ISABELLA,ROSSELINI, INGRID BERGMANS DAUGHTER LOOKS JUST LIKE HER MOTHER, AND TED AND HER MAKE ACTED SO REAL, THAT YOU ACTUALLY THINK IS,REAL, NOT A MOVIE. I HAD A LOVE LIKE THAT, AND LOST IT, BUT NEVER FORGOT HIM. MY DARLING MAURO MORRIS CORDANI..RIP 😔
Yes, I was blown away at the fact that so many Movies of the past 40 Years were inspired by French Movies. Breathless, The Ripley Movies, This Movie, Three Men & A Baby, and The Birdcage.
@@variousJnames Larry and Maria are a joke forced together for the movie, they have ZERO CHEMISTRY, much like all of Ted Danson's character relationships. Maybe get some glasses, William Petersen has chemistry with EVERYONE, he's also a MUCH better actor.
Sam Malone sold Cheers and went sailing but his Boat sunk, he got a Job as a Bartender at Cheers, and for Three Years was at the mercy of Rebecca Howe and got the Bar back. He was very lucky.
This may be my favorite scene, next to Mitch's wedding video 💯😂😂😂😍😄🤗😎
What a beautiful movie.
The way I had absolutely no business watching this at 10yo but it was a vhs my brother in law had
love this movie

I love this movie so much. I have it on VHS, not CD
You mean DVD
@@laminage CD player. DVD is the actual CD for music and DVD for movies. LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH..🤪

literally!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i agree
Does anyone know what lake in Vancouver Larry and Maria are swimming in?
Far more chemistry between William Petersen and Sean Young than the main couple IMO

@Halfblood Kate… I couldn’t disagree more. I LOVE 💕 Larry and Maria together. To each their own I guess 🤷♀️
@Halfblood Kate No...that was lust. Larry and Maria showed so much warmth, like they had really found their soul mate

@@quietandmildone No accounting for no taste.
How Romantic. It's too bad they couldn't have had a Picnic there. I get Hungry after a Romantic Session (Ha! Ha!).
