I've never removed a stripped RZR drain plug with an Air Hammer or seen it done and unfortunately needed to give it a try. Hopefully this helps you see how the process works so you can get you're machine back on the trails.

I'm doing a similar job with my 350z transmission fill plug but the air hammer I bought came with a chizzle tip that has an indention in the middle. Do you think it would be better or worse than using a tip with a completely straight edge?
Sorry I just seen this comment, hopefully you got it out by now but either tip should work. You really only use the edge of the chisel.

That's a pretty comical auto correct lol. It is called an air hammer or air chisel and it basically whacks a piston back and forth inside and hits the chisel or whatever attachment you have in it. Something like this amzn.to/3lEMfY1 from amazon or if you have a Harbor Freight near you they can be had for roughly $15 usd. All the big box stores have them as well including Walmart. They're actually pretty useful tools there's just a few specific jobs that they're used for.
I'm gonna try this tomorrow.. been trying to take that bolt for the last 2 days. 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
