For NDVI it is -1 to +1

@@TerraSpatial this does not explain why you use threshold because you have set it to 0.1

@@chavezlance it's because the interval of NDVI is -1 to 1. if there is no change, the difference will be set to close 0 or 0.1 and that's why we want to set the threshold to 0 .1 or close to 0.
