Man! That is a GREAT idea about campers needing office space! You are so right about that. it is huge need. Ripping bunk beds out is a great spot. I hope you encourage soundproofing and an enclosed space with a non-rv looking backdrop.

We couldn’t agree more! Do you work while traveling?
Good call on the soundproofing, although I have a hard time believing these companies would pay extra to sound proof the RVs 😏 but RV owners would benefit greatly from the soundproofing. And I like your non-rv backdrop idea. Crucial for those video conference calls! To add to this, optimal lighting for the video conference calls!

@@larisonlifestyle A co-worker just started and I am planning to start this fall. A little research I did shows quite a few trailers offer “mobile office” desk setups. But not with a lot of thought for teams/zoom meetings. Great channel by the way!

Good luck finding one that fits your needs. Maybe we’ll see you out on the road!

I live close to this place, I saw a sign that you need a permit and i'm not having good luck finding where I need to get one. Heard its like 20 bucks and its good for 14 days a year..... I paid 30$ for camping inside the Lake and it was full of flies from the burro poop.

@JeffSmith-it4tm, here is the application link. There is either an individual application or family application. It helps to print a copy out too incase a local officer asks to see your permit. I think you’re supposed to have it on display in the window of your rig.

@@JeffSmith-it4tm have you been to the old airstrip to the north? Lots of Burros out that way, amazing views of the lake at sunset.

@@larisonlifestyle Yes I go to the place off of cow Creek road, Went there 2 weeks ago and going tomorrow. Love it during the week because on the weekends the place is packed. I kick back and drink beer and watch and listen to the Burros.

Hi, Can you tell me if there is a road that goes down to the lake area from the BLM staging area? How close to the lake can we get with a 26' RV? What I was wondering is if we could boondock above at the BLM area, put our boat in the water at the south ramp and drive it over to the NE side of the lake and park the boat there for the weekend and have access to it from the BLM area. Drive our truck as close to the water as we can get to access the boat?

Looking at OnX maps and Gaia it looks like there is an old road that goes down to the lake from the old air strip and ends at Coles Wash. I've not driven down to the water from the north end but I've wanted to try, I don't know what kind of shape it's in. There's also another road further east called Two Shoes Ranch rd. That ends at Humbug creek.
