@jessicarauch1525 I'm 45 and I'm a fast talker as well ... Not many my age are.. sometimes it's difficult to listen to people. Especially whenever they speak extremely slow.. getting a teacher or a professor that speaks very one tone and slow. It's better than melatonin. Hahahaha 😆 😅 I'll literally fall asleep. Hahaha oops 😬 guilty. And or even know that they speak slow everything they say goes in one ear and out the other. It doesn't stick.
And some people I like I have to speed up their videos. Isn't that a nice feature. 😉
I love how different everyone's rankings are this year. Last year I felt that everyone had Rose Quartz and Midi Retro at the top and overall agreed on the major favourites, but this time the same palettes are all over the place, which makes watching these videos so interesting. 😇 Great job ranking all of them and kudos to poor Jose for the editing! 😁💜

I onestly dont know how is it possible to test al 107 in a year. Like, 3.5 days for a palette? Is it possible to have thorough review?
I loved the colourpop bt21 palette! definitely my favourite summer palette this year. the colour story is unique but just makes sense, the colours are so pretty and fun and I think the quality is really nice. and it's an adorable theme, if you're a bts fan and makeup lover it's kind of a must have.
I can’t stop looking at the beautiful eyes today. Just so beautiful on you.. The Nouveau palette is also my favorite. The color story is everything to me. I’m really into some brown shadows right now. Looking for the perfect brown for my hazel eyes.
💡- You could take all that money you are saving by not buying Dior quads and put it in to Indie eyeshadow palettes, have left over money and get better quality and more quality and than compare what you got and what you like more! I always check your channel before a mainstream purchase because so many big company brands are VERY hot or miss. I always appreciate your honesty!

ABH did kill it with the Nouveau palette. I think that one, ND Dream/Pastel/mini biba, Make up by Mario Ethereal Eyes, PT Major Dimension II, Chantecaille Giraffe and TF Tiger Eye are at the top of my list this year:) I’ve really been enjoying the special shades in Moonlit Seduction but I haven’t even touched the other side of the palette😂😅 I think you stopped buying Dior at just the wrong time because the Dioriviera palette was another favorite. I bought cosmic eyes and I think the formula is gorgeous on that one as well:) This was fun to watch! Thank you.

AWESOME video! Thank you. I keep meaning to tell you about those EM Cosmetics Divine Skies palettes; it is Row-DAN (with the emphasis on DAN), not ROAD-in. He is a famous French sculptor, really the founder of sculpture (he did The Thinker and also The Kiss). He lived from 1840 - 1917!

Hey Morgan! Terrific rankings list. Love you and your channel. Jose's edits are hilarious. It generally seems like your opinion on Tom Ford/Chanel/Dior leans towards average-not worth the price. I understand that there's probably an audience you're catering to that is interested in what those companies have to offer but at a certain point, how much fun are you having spending $90 for a TF quad only to feel meh about it over and over again? Perhaps in 2023, you would consider taking a step back from a couple repeat offenders and focus more on exploring indie brands since you seem to enjoy playing with those color stories and formulas? Perhaps give Lisa Eldridge a try? Just an idea. I'm delighted to see you surpassed 100K subscribers. Well deserved. You put so much effort into your content. Always looking forward to seeing what you do next. One last thing- I just ordered that ABH palette. Can't wait to get my hands on it! Happy Holidays 🎄💕😊

I too loooove the ABH Noveau pallet!!! Wasn’t sure if I should get it but I’m so glad I did. Obs Don’t forget that there are 3 shades that are NOT supposed to be used near eyes: wisteria, paloma, and metro.
most people can wear them near their eyes without issue
Like Nouveau as well, unfortunately I can’t stop tears when using those 3 colors..
My big purchaes this year palette wise have been "My Dream" and "Celestial Nirvana" and it's nice watching this and seeing that both of these ranked so highly. I also have the "In Mel's Memory" bundle from Sydney Grace on the way. ND's Retro Glam missed the mark for me because of it's lack of depth but the IMM bundle nailed it.

Loved this! So excited because I grabbed the ABH Nouveau and the Rose Metals palettes recently at their site on a “2 palettes for $65” deal and grabbed my favorite eyeshadow primer which put the order over $75 which qualified me for an extra I think 15%(?) off. It’s a nice Christmas present to myself this year haha. 🥰☺️So glad it ranked so high because now I’m not so nervous if I’ll like them. I’m mostly checking with Morgan before I buy a palette these days! She’s spot on with her recommendations! 👍🏻
Totally agree with your top choice. This palette is pure magic! I fell in love with it at Sephora, feeling very confused.
It was displayed together with the rose metals and my brain was telling me that was the one for me. I generally prefer darker, more grungy looks. But my gut feeling kept drawing me towards the nouveau. And I'm so glad I followed the gut on this one. Constantly using it and loving every look I create with it.
PMG Bronze Bliss is my favorite from last year. I just bought the one and regret not getting the other. So freaking pretty!!

Do you agree with Angelica nyqvist that pat mcgrath shadows aren’t worth it since she’s tried many indie brands probably like Odens eye and kaleidos considering shes done collabs with both. She said the moneys just not worth it since you can get the same formula or better for way cheaper. She does seem to love. Natasha denona though. Is natasha good for her mattes or her shimmers? I’ve heard her shimmers are good but not amazing sparkly shades.

They both seem to agree overall on PMG and Oden’s eye. But I thought the Adept ranking and Kaleidos ones were interesting…. Patty also REALLY loves her huda beauty.

Nouveau is definitely one of my favorite palettes this year. ABH absolutely improved their formula.
This is the second one of those I have watched and you have such a different opinion than Patty. She loves her Huda beauty palettes (I have one - the jaguar one and couldn’t be more disappointed in the quality) and her FAVE is like your number 80. Just interesting. Patty almost had me with that adept palette, holding it off for now.
I really like PMG Bridgerton Belle of the Ball palette too. Oden's eye shadows are bomb! Natasha Denona's Dream Palette really makes my brown eyes pop! Kaleidos Cold Brew looks so pretty on. I brought a ABH Nouveau palette for me and my daughter, a good one! Fun seeing all the palettes!!

From the Colourpop Limelite eyeshadow pallette, I had to switch the rosy-mauvey shade for a Sydney Grace's single because it had no pigmentation at all. I get to enjoy the pallette now just by modifying that one single.

I just thought of the most amazing idea! So Natasha Denona’s eyeshadow palettes. there’s the lil holes on the back so you can pop out the shades. It would be awesome if she sold empty palettes like that style too, but with customizable packaging, or choosing between different patterns or whatever, and also start doing her mini palettes with the holes on the back too, and also making an empty mini customizable palettes too! I really wish she’d do that, that would be awesome for travel!!

Like most people, I do not have the space, the money (or in my case, the desire) to own a lot of palettes. I like having colors, but I work in office where I'm trying to lean more neutral (trying to perfect the "natural beauty" look) and more "ease" so liquid and smaller palettes are more my speed, but I love looking at these rankings. Makes me want to get a mega palette from Morphe or Colourpop!
I still insist you try the other essence 6 palettes, but whenever you can. I love the one I have (Dancing Green) and I'm thinking about buying the rest (I've heard other reviewers who love the collection also hate on the Mauve one... she's the red headed step child lol)
You're not alone with those Maybelline colour block things and it's all the shades the purple one and pink one blue are also bad 😞

Maybe Colourpop Lilac You a Lot? I find CP shimmers while they do show up on the eyes, are pretty tame in terms of blinginess.

When you said kaleidos is better quality wise? What other way would there be, the price is cheaper and you said the color story is great. I just want to know what is more worth it about them.
The Jaclyn palette seems to have many repeat shades. Same with the colourpop BT21.
