Bro help, in offer letter it was written in probation period if you leave you have to serve 30 days , so I opened resignation page during probation period 6 months, here its written 90 days, Hr told rules changed

If not completed their said that there will be serious actions on us.
Please bro tell me will there be any chances of termination if the certifications not completed.

I have doubt on my resignation can i resign a month before my service agreement end date. I'm getting notice period of 1 month if I resign one month before my service agreement end date I will get relieving date after my service agreement end date. Can i do that Or i will be liable to pay compensation in infosys
