Thats bulls%$#. Ive been waiting years to see thst nx2000 to win this. He is hands down the best fwd car out there and they did him like that. As far as im concerned that day was the nx2000's day to win. Nothing like a little rain for a equalizer. If you see this, hats off to you sir.
It was my fault, I was trying to launch with less wheel spin and stalled. They won't restart unless someone someone jumps the light. John Fielding in the Camaro was disappointed that we did not get to race. Seekonk was in a hurry anyway to beat the rain that was still coming. The wet track definitely helped me, it was actually very fun but risky. Thanks for the support!
@@minnie75kids I keep cheering for the red Nissan every time it's running. David fighting all these V8 Goliath's:) Keep it up. ps. what's your specs btw. ?

Wow, this was killer, not the day for the rwd cars for sure, they were surely fightin the wheel on this day, everybody was loose, the fwd had a chance at it today, i love these and look forward to them everytime.
Can't wait to race next year when I'm finally back home ill probably run my volvo a few more times but have a new build for the spectator drags that'll be out to impress

@@jeffduncan02 most if not all AWD vehicles come with 240-260 treadwear off the showroom floor... at least anything worth racing. Dont worry though... I have 560 treadwear on the way and going to wipe the floor with this silly rule.

You should have waited when it was dry a lot of the big car that there won't stick to track that Corvette would have done good if track would have been dry
Spectator Drags are a bit different on a wet track!!! Shoutout to the 24 committed drivers who came out to have some fun & put on a show!
How exactly do you get into these races? I mean is it a set group of people or is it generally open?

This is awesome that many of the same competitors come back year after year with good action and sportsmanship.
That little nissan and the white camaro put on a hell of a show at the finish line wow
Came to the comments to see if anyone was talking about that. Just a little kiss to the cars. I couldn't see any real damage either!!! Awesome.

Im surprised they didnt restart. Bullshit win and buddy in the camaro coulda grew a pair and done a restart but he knew hed risk a loss.

Hats off to these guys. I was running an enduro car in this event. The track conditions were extremely slick especially early in the evening.
Racing in the wet is always exciting! Great job on staying out of the walls. Wish I didn't live so far away, I'd love to participate.
Those were some of the best races I've seen at that track. Good job from all those drivers.
Greetings from South Carolina, Y'all have some nice hotrods up there!
I'm the driver of the little blue subaru that lost by bus lengths lol 😅

The tires and traction control of that Pulsar really did the job in those wet conditions
Always more interesting in the rain.
That nx is DIALED
So this is what heaven looks like.
just watched that in 2X playback speed...much more entertaining

Good stuff.. Thanks :)
What a shitty end to an epic video. All ovals should be run as slick as that track!
Shoulda called it the seekonk spectator spinout special
It was really fun to see the 100NX take down Johnson's Camaro Turbo with slicks, he wins way too often.

It appeared as though the wet line on that track would be on the outside.
Lots of “F” bodies.
Sounded like the white 70's model Camaro was down a cylinder or two.
I think it's actually a 1980-81 Camaro. Also it's a turbo car. Don't know if it's 1 or 2 turbos, but you can barely hear the whistle on headphones
