What is nice about this rack it takes all rogue monster attachments and titan series attachments. Also takes rep 5000 attachments as well. I have mine bolted to the floor it's a tank.
@Gary Riccini 5/8. But any attachment really never goes up that high. I actually drilled everything out to 1" and I painted what I drilled red. but I seriously did not need to none of the attachments go up that high
@Gary Riccini it's 3x3 11G steal. You could never out lift it. There are companies out there that only make 3x3 1" hole attachments. So the add ons are endless
I know this is late, but it's not a true 3x3 from what I can tell. I have the same rack, and it the uprights are slightly under 3 inches. It's more so around 2.75. It's still a solid rack, though.
Also, while you're waiting if you're interested in true crime. I have a second channel. That's called true crime desk. I started it about 3 months ago.
I never looked for any, but it is my son's Rack, not mine. I'll ask him the next time I see him, if he has an answer for you, I'll let you know. Thanks for watching I appreciate it! take care.
I have the same rack. Works well. Only problem I have about it are the j-cups. The pipe on them are not steel but more of a hard plastic type. That raises concerns about the weight capacity about it. But other than that I enjoy this rack pretty well.
Are the safety catch bar made out of the same material as the jcups? Its been two years since you posted how does it hold up and how much weigh have you put to stress this build? Looking to buy it now due to corona.
My Son Bought it at Dicks Sporting Goods a while ago. I'm not sure of the name that came on the box other then it probably saying Dip Bar, I'm guessing, but if I get a chance I'll see if he does.
I'll have to check with my son it's at his house, I'll see if I can find out a.s.s.p but with all this stuff going on, It might take me a little while, I haven't been over to his house since all this started. Thanks for your question I'll try to figure it out for you.
I'm planning on getting this rig for my basement, problem is it's exactly 7ft high. On dicks site it said it's 84.7 LOL that's gonna be a snug snug fit. Could you make the exact measurements for me. I wanna know if it's possible to cut off the top and move the bar down a few notches or if I even have to cut it. Maybe the pull up bar is what's making it higher
@@EvoEightRich03 oh, I'm glad I didn't buy it then. I was going to trim it. I guess the measurements pretty true. I appreciate the follow up. Thanks for the detailed video!
I'm not 100% sure I haven't been at my son's in a while and it's my son's rack not mine and it's going to depend on tall you are as well if I get a chance when I go over there I'll get some measurements but I've been a little out of it for the last week I had a heart attack so I'm trying to recover so when I get a chance I'll see if I can figure it out for you thanks for watching bud.
I ordered it from Dicks. Only six pieces made it to my place. The box was ripped about 14 pieces missing. No screws or invoice either. At first I refused to accept it because of the condition of the box. UPS left with it , but two days later the same box was dropped off in front of my place. I had already informed Dicks that the order was refused and had reordered the rack. About six hours on the phone going back and forth with UPS and Dicks. UPS wanted to charge me to pick up the rack they left in front of my door after i had refused the package. I was getting misinformation from both sides. I asked for a supervisor from UPS, and instead was connected to someone in damaged packages. He said the package would be picked up September 11. It was picked up on the 13th. The UPS driver was supposed to bring the replacement order and pick up the one I had refused. That didn't happen. The replacement rack did not arrive. The UPS email showed it was in transit and would arrive by end of day. After talking to the UPS driver that was picking up the first rack, it mysteriously changed from end of day to Delay. Plus Dicks has the Ethos rack as weighing 185 lbs. UPS had my replacement order as weighing 127 lbs. I waited an extra day and it still said delay. I called Dicks again and told them to cancel the order. They cancelled it and the email from UPS tracking changed to return requested. In my visa statement I see that I've been charged for both orders. All I got from this was several days of high blood pressure and a lot of my time wasted. I called visa and they're filling a dispute with Dicks. I'm not paying for something I never got. This has been a nightmare and I will never order from them again.
it is, I did I couple of them last time I went to dicks sporting goods and it held up perfectly. Only problem was is that the place where you put your hands is VERY gritty and will grind up your hands if you do muscle ups for reps. My calluses was starting to rub off almost completely only after three muscle-ups. But It's perfect for heavy weighted pull ups.
The rogue monster dip attachment is what I have for my ethos power rack

This is wonderful to know. Been considering this for awhile

What size holes are on the upper part of the uprights? Any attachments for those smaller holes?
@SilverbugInc I'll have to have my son check it out. It's at his house, I'll get back to you as soon as I have a measure. It might be a day or 2.

Do you know if you can find pegs for the tack to hold the plates on the sides? I know Ethos does not make them. It will help with the stability.

Noel Huerta Thanks for your comment and input!! He likes it as well so far, we'll have to see how it holds up. Thanks again, and lift safe.

Hey Bro I'm thinking about buying this rack but I would like to know what is the true measurements inside the rack J-Hook To J-Hook ?
42 1/4 inside to the edge of the j-hooks so basically inside posts does that help?

What is the max capacity it can hold, and max capacity the handle can hold (said 405 lbs of barbell + weight)?

1500 lbs
Does he still have the dip bar ?

Unless you are very short, no. Especially while standing. Seated would be fine.
Hey where did you get that dip bar? because I have the same rack
Dick's sporting Good online! Good luck, thanks for the question, And for watching.
