The entire movie is filled with metaphors. The heroine's character symbolizes the fear within us of facing the truth (Satya). By the time she attempts to confront Satya, it's already too late. The comedian Sadhu Kokila represents the subconscious mind. His wardrobe changes according to the company he keeps: he wears white when with Satya and black when with Kalki. Furthermore, as Satya tries to escape from the prison shaped like a brain, he is momentarily sidetracked by a pub/disco-like setting, where he lingers for a few minutes. There, he inadvertently steps on a cross-shaped tile as a door closes, which then leads him to a realization, prompting him to move straight forward in life and escape from all these distractions
Damn, mind blown really. I definitely thought she is there just to complete mass masala formula but knowing uppi i shouldn't have judged that. By this interpretation her character went from 0 to 100

Upendra s movies are in general crazier. Much more actually. Just wanted to say that I took few days to understand some of the things: Most of the characters in the movie represent huge section of people or state of mind. Black hero acting as Kalki is Kali(False) and white hero Satya is the truth. It is also shown how everybody can become Satya by fighting inner demons. Like heroine and her friend are representing heart’s desire and consciousness. Even though the heart wants to accept truth it doesn’t want to face it until the end. There is joker representing Media and so on. Each character has some depth. Its also amazing how Upendra has shown world geopolitical issue with a Afghan guy having Russian and American wife.

I just tried decoding one scene where Satya is prisoned,, Satya who is our inner self he some how escaped from the prison of mind through current coil and liquid under it (which symbolizes back bone and bone marrow which is actually "Kundilini yoga" in Hindu throgh which our atman or inner self reach the head point which is third eye that's why Kalki in the movie he explained to his mother saying that Sathya Escaped from the Path throgh which Budda/Basava Escaped from this mind and Satya also while leving the mind he said to the people that you also should try to come out by yourself), initially Satya is in outside world then he goes inside mind and when he comesout of the mind then he started changing people path outside from bad path to good path, why he didn't touch any prison in mind because we all are bound with one or many desires we should come out by ourself which is really spiritual thing
UI BGM might look awful for many people, but it's the best BGM for this movie. BGM represents Background music, and he explains everyone's current background in muisc. Crazy

Just wanted to say that I took few days to understand some of the things:
Most of the characters in the movie represent huge section of people or state of mind. Black hero acting as Kalki is Kali(False) and white hero Satya is the truth. It is also shown how everybody can become Satya by fighting inner demons. Like heroine and her friend are representing heart’s desire and consciousness. Even though the heart wants to accept truth it doesn’t want to face it until the end.
There is joker representing Media and so on. Each character has some depth.
Its also amazing how Upendra has shown world geopolitical issue with a Afghan guy having Russian and American wife.
Yes he is one of the top 10 directors worldwide . You should watch his other movies like A,Upendra they are must watch and psychological thriller .Please watch it

I've just seen the movie totally agree with you, movie it self wrapped in metaphors
I just tried decoding one scene where Satya is prisoned,, Satya who is our inner self he some how escaped from the prison of mind through current coil and liquid under it (which symbolizes back bone and bone marrow which is actually "Kundilini yoga" in Hindu throgh which our atman or inner self reach the head point which is third eye that's why Kalki in the movie he explained to his mother saying that Sathya Escaped from the Path throgh which Budda/Basava Escaped from this mind and Satya also while leving the mind he said to the people that you also should try to come out by yourself), initially Satya is in outside world then he goes inside mind and when he comesout of the mind then he started changing people path outside from bad path to good path, why he didn't touch any prison in mind because we all are bound with one or many desires we should come out by ourself which is really spiritual thing
I really want u to watch his old movies u would definitely love it. Never before ever after only he can create this masterpiece

This movie provokes the audience to understand the reality, follow the righteous way for the welfare of mankind, so is that you see all country citizens in one place to be in harmony;but to be in harmony there are impediments in the past, present and future also which are showm metaphorically.. Once you focus you can come out of all impediments and see a brighter life is the essence of the movie..
It was a challenge to the editor as well as the actors who may not have a clue what they were acting into!!
Upendra also launched a substitute democratic system/party to the current political system and he tried to make people understand to use their intelligence in this film.

Did you understand the climax shot? At the beginning of the movie, a few people say 'hinde nodu,' meaning 'focus beyond that.' In the final shot, they show the U.I. symbol with images of trolls, reels, breaking news, porn, etc., which attempts to convey the message: 'Focus' beyond these distractions in life to be successful. Did you grasp the 'Focus' that Upendra intended? That is why few people in that theater say let me watch it until i get "Focus"
