This is such important info! All of our teens all deserve to have it before they become sexually active, and certainly before they leave home for college or the military or their first full-time job. It's a shame that so few kids get access to great sexual health information. It's also troubling that so many parents don't know how much their kids would value an open, ongoing conversation about these topics.
What I really don't like about this talk is her low key talk that's almost a whisper that's sounds like she's trying to apologize for something she's done or trying to gently scold a child that just misbehaved.
America needs to look at how the Netherlands do sexuality education. Like, I truly believe our sex ed should be done the same way the Dutch do it. So that way everyone can feel safe, comfortable, and normal when talking about sex. And everyone's sex lives would be even better.
So encourage kids to talk to their parents, ok. But are all parents capable of talking to their children? Do they know the means and ways (being calm, polite, sincere, inclusive)? It's a really difficult topic.

I love the way she talks and the topic as well. Can she please make a youtube channel with different subjects on sexuality?
Such a great talk, thank you for doing such hard but tremendously important work.

I'll take this over some TED talkers who take long pauses or pause in all the wrong places.
