NCSS VM Developmental Camp 2024: Leading at the Forefront of Evolving Volunteerism Landscape

Titled “Leading at the Forefront of Evolving Volunteerism Landscape”, the Volunteer Management (VM) Developmental Camp 2024 was held exclusively for selected VM leaders. The aim was to support their development in VM practices and leadership capabilities. This would enable them to drive action, catalyse change at the sectoral level, and trailblaze amongst the VM community.
The participants from 27 SSAs got to learn from inspiring speakers, including Ms Sun Xueling (Minister of State, Ministry of Social and Family Development & Ministry of Home Affairs), Mr Benny Lee (Executive Vice President, External Affairs, RGE Pte Ltd), Ms Cheryl Chen (President, S&P Global Foundation), and many other leaders. There were two specially curated learning journeys to Accenture Singapore and UOB. During these sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore how leadership within these organisations facilitated transformative changes and positioned them as leaders in innovation.
