I have been riding with arai rx7 for about 15 years. I have had 3 different models over the years. I bought one of these and I have to say its amazing I love it. I got it start of summer and I don't have any complaints. I'm looking forward to seeing how it deals with winter. I'm hopeful
Before my accident on the twisties I was ridding with an AGV K3 SV. I also motovlogged with it but man was it noisy. When my insurance said to pick a helmet I came across LS2 Thunder Carbon Lightning Helmet - Red/Grey/Black I honestly can't wait to get!!
@@SpeedAddictsTV Well I must say, It's been a few months and I finally got my helmet! One thing I realized is that when I went to Moto America at Laguna Seca in Monterey, CA the venders were there and I took a picture of the exact helmet and I didn't remember until I was sorting my pics and videos, that's when I realized I took a picture of my future helmet. It' sucks that, it didn't have the cut outs for the cardo communication system but my my buddy told me about earplugs headphones and that works perfectly I love my helmet but the vinyl or plastic that they use stinks.
I’m in the market for a very light helmet. I’m looking between the LS2 Thunder CF and LS2 Challenger CF. I’m not a track guy at all, I ride sport touring leaning more towards touring and wanting a quiet helmet. Which do you recommend!
Both are excellent choices. If you don't intend on using the internal sun visor on the Challenger go with the Thunder. While handy, internal sun visors add moving parts, weight and may reduce impact protection in a key impact zone. Feel free to call ride support or reply here with more questions - 1-866-573-2820
@@SpeedAddictsTV I would never use the sun visor. I’m looking for comfort, quiet, light and not a track design helmet. Most important I need a long oval! Is the Thunder that shape?
What’s the part number for the replacement nose piece on this helmet????
Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement for the nose piece.

Did anybody manage to fit some Cardo speaker into the Thunder helmet? I am considering to buy the carbo PRO when it comes out in March
Ever try?
Have not personally tried this.

@@harley1035 The Thunder is an intermediate oval. If you need a long oval you'll need to order the Challenger.
@@SpeedAddictsTV Would you happen to know the head shape of the Aria Signet X?
