This was a great video. I lost interest in the scooter but just kept watching for this cool couple
How cool is that. Thank you so much. Oddly enough, this is our most popular video
Sidewalker have AWFUL customer service. I cannot recommend them at all, they will say what they need to get your money and then customer service goes out the window. They don't use reliable postal methods or take accountability for promises that they make. Please save your money and go somewhere else! I wish I had.
It's all fun and games when it's optional. I'm using the knee stroller right now since I can't put my right foot on the floor. WORKOUT my whole left side gets so tired, ugh.
Thanks! It’s a bit up there in price, seems like an electric scooter may be an option in that price range. I was considering this one for the air filled wheels, thinking it would be a comfortable ride over a variety of surfaces, but seems like it doesn’t want to roll on its own very far on level ground. Not good. I have been in a xootr original for the last 15 years, with solid rubber tires, but it rolls forever on flat surfaces, but it will be a lot of work uphill on it. Maybe I’ll look at electric ones next, instead.
the editing made me lol quite a bit :) Great video like always!
nice video, helped me out. i wana buy one to ride to work bcuz i only work 3 miles away in the city but if it doesnt coast then ekk not interested now but thanks! i might buy it for downhill fun after hiking!
great review! and good shots!
i was just wondering if was able to lock up at bike rack seeing as it will not fit in my locker at work..
You know, I am not sure if you could. It folds up and I would imagine it would look in but not sure how-sorry I don't have more info :-)
all is welll just thought i`d say! thanks so much for the reply!
ask*
I am sure it would lock up on the rack. The wheel is big enough and you could even run the chain through the frame to lock it up.
POS if you ask me…… mine rusted and bent at the frame 2/10 👎
Hi. I've recently bought a similar scooter.
You are right about the hills :)
I wonder, what have you used to hold your phone on that scooter. I'd like to use my phone as speedo and GPS workout diary.
Thank you. Best regards,
Ondra
It was actually a Kodak Playsport Zx5 camera, so it had a mount for a spider grip tripod :-) There are a lot of inexpensive little HD youtuber cameras out there, if you don't want to go all out for the GoPro.
Super tight helmet straps :D
you guys are such a cute family! Thanks for the review. I know this scooter isnt what I was looking fornas I wanted something to commute to work in but it seems this thing doesnt coast enough!
Yeah, it's not a real coaster. The company makes some different versions though, with larger wheel sets that might interest you. Thanks for the comment!!
What was the wheel psi?
Track? It looks like in a desert ....
Just an old road out here in our little town that never turned into anything. There's a few like that out here.
ever ride it downhill on a dirt road/ trail?
Never
lol You guys are dorks. :D
It's true :P
+Jacob n Paula Blodgett :)
thanks for your video. could you post the link where I can but this scooter online for that price?
R. G. www.sidewalkerscooters.com/
R. G. i bet there are plenty of places to find them used now though.
Thanks Jacob for quick response! in the video you were saying it is 289 dollars! Not sure if you meant USD or CAD. It is not more expensive than that on www.sidewalkerusa.com.
I thought maybe you know a place which sells those cheaper! If you know of any other retailer selling these in Canada please leave me the link.
Nice Video but next time try to film the product and not the people. Ego perspective is interesting, but to see you standing on the scooter close up is much more interesting....
69indigoblue you are technically correct but this is not a technical video... It is just a family out having fun. if you want more tech specs and information this isn't the kind of video you should even expect to find it in.
