Thank you for this. I had a really strange thing happen to me late last night... so I was laying in bed, doom scrolling. My window was cracked open and it was super windy outside. Then all of a sudden I felt this vibration take over the room and my ears were muffled. I felt no emotion other than confusion. After about a minute, everything stopped including the wind outside. Then my nose started bleeding. It was one of the strangest things I've ever experienced. There was no other noise outside and no one around. I wonder if this has anything to do with what I experienced. Either way, it's going in my journal.
I can totally feel the shadow sides coming up for review in a way. They are showing their faces and becoming more real not through becoming them but in observing them through a more objective lens than usual. Very cool.
