- We are very excited to bring you a new review from San Juan, Puerto Rico! It wasn't the all inclusive experience that we usually like, but it was an amazing trip filled with beach, sun, rich history and amazing food. The Marriott Resort & Stellaris in San Juan has a lot to offer but isn't the most budget friendly option. We loved the location of the resort as it was close to the airport and an easy ride to Old San Juan. The food was overpriced and not the best quality but there are so many options within walking distance that made up for it. Thank you for sharing! I am planning a trip with my daughter and grand child who is age 2. I love the family tips you shared. This seems like the right place for us! I have been to PR before but an adult version many years ago. So I am out of touch with the family friendly hotels. I think when you have a 2 year old in tow, you cant expect 10 star on all points. And I think having the CVS and food next door, along with shaded pool and online I'm seeing Door Dash, thats really what is needed when they poop out early! Thanks again.

Great review! love it! 👍 San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde are expensive and crowded!! Is a tourist area people! In order to see even better places, better beaches and affordable authentic food you need to get out of that area! And yes, Island time! ❤🇵🇷

I just came back from Puerto Rico. Did an Air BnB. Was GREAT(SECURED)!! We were able to come and go as we pleased and the Host was GREAT!! Rented a car with the flight and came out CHEAPER!! JetBlue airlines was GREAT also!! Also, explored Puerto Rico on our own and spend time with relatives. Not bashing your trip, but find out what is best for you, family or friends. Once in Puerto Rico, anyone can enjoy the time for their own life. NICE video!! 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

The south side of the island they say is amazing and all of the water is Caribbean blue. Of course it’s far from the airport so you need to rent a car. I stayed at Conquistador 5 years ago and my kids loved it but you have to take a boat to the beach. It’s not right on the beach. It’s also pretty expensive. But they said even Carolina beach which was 15 minutes away was much calmer. So as you go East away from San Juan it’s better

Did you stay in the Cabana Building or the Main Tower? I read from other reviews that the Cabana building is the newly renovated and most updated room choice.
We did not! I didn’t want to be in front of the pool and I think those rooms are?
I would definitely pick the cabana building - have stayed in both. Building is smaller and great location!

Yes it was way too expensive. I agree DR is amazing. One day we will make it over there when it’s easier to travel!
