Q trains on the express track @ Ocean Pkwy

Because of track maintenance on the Q line from Brighton Beach to Kings Highway, Manhattan bound Q trains ran via the express track starting from Ocean Parkway all the way to Kings Highway before switching back to the local track. This service change led to the unusual occurrence of passenger service trains utilizing the middle express track at Ocean Parkway that is normally only used by passenger trains that are not in service typically deadheading to or from Coney Island yard. Seen here are several R46, R68 and R68A Q trains operating via the express track at Ocean Parkway, all clips taken on January 27, 2022.
